Director and Producer of an upcoming feature documentary film (currently in post-production) about a Muslim mortician and casket maker in Newark, NJ who takes two young men under his wing to teach them how to build caskets, wash bodies for the funeral, and how to live better lives. The film has received support and funding from ITVS, Tribeca Film Institute, Ford Foundation, Hot Docs, IFP, Sundance Institute and Points North Institute.
