World Science Studios is looking for an experienced, detail oriented, creative, highly organized archival producer to manage all archival and rights & clearance needs for the World Science Festival.
Responsibilities include:
- Researching and sourcing archival footage and images for use in our original programs,
- Negotiating favorable rates,
- Clearing copyright for use in theater and Youtube and broadcast,
- Compiling wrap books,
- Handling licensing of our materials to outside vendors,
- Managing / implementing our archival organizational system and media database.
This is a remote, flexible position, starting as part-time and possibly transitioning to full-time.
