Responsibilities include:
• Accounts Receivables, generating invoices for external and internal partners, tracking due amounts, and booking payments
• Accounts Payable, weekly processing of invoices, gathering approvals, making payments and interacting with producers and vendors.
• Weekly reporting for the company, includes cash balances as well as outstanding A/R and A/P.
• Petty Cash: Auditing, reconciling, and booking.
• Payroll: Review and process time cards, create edits for final approval

Qualifications and Experience

Job Description

This role serves as a key position in the *** U Local Stations financial planning and analysis function within *** Universal Local. This role will be responsible for assisting with all financial aspects of the business and requires understanding of accounting/finance and the ability to partner with business units, Corporate Finance, and Comcast.

Responsibilities

Support Sr. Director, FP&A in consolidating financial results, operational insights and providing variance explanations for *** U's Corporate finance team in preparation of pacing and quarter closes.
Work with Sr. Director, FP&A onfinancial summaries for *** U Local Management & News Finance HQ.
Assist with managing the HQ Budgets, such as Marketing, Research, Programming, Arthouse and others as needed. Understand deal terms and market nuances.
