Seeking an Assistant Director for "Liz Here Now," a feature film. Set in 1967 Oakland, CA, and based on true events: a privileged white child's life is forever changed by the bravery of the family's Black maid, Elizabeth Baxter, who refuses to silently witness the abuse of the children she looks after.
A strong voice and steady hand at the wheel, our assistant director must be comfortable in command while projecting a calm and collected demeanor. To be considered, you must have prior experience as an AD on feature films. We strongly prefer candidates who are familiar with and regularly use Movie Magic Scheduling. Should also be comfortable with and have prior experience directing background.
Salary will be based on experience and STN.
