Build graphics packages for WBD Broadcast Production clients using elements created by our Graphics Design team to construct graphics templates which will be used by all graphics operators on the live game and/or studio broadcast productions.
Partner with the Client's Production Assistant to prepare graphics needed for specific live productions in advance.
Operate graphics' machines with efficiency and accuracy to recall all needed graphical elements created during prep sessions and/or live game/studio broadcast productions.
Able to manipulate graphics and create new graphics on the fly during live game and/or studio broadcast productions as needed or requested by the WBD Broadcast Production client.

COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION

JOB DESCRIPTION
*** Sports Digital is searching for a creative, talented & experienced Executive Editor to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As our Executive Editor, you will lead creation, execution, and daily oversight of the editorial strategy, as well as work closely with the *** Consumer Products & Engineering team along with other Executives to deliver best-in-class presentation of content & data that spans the *** Sports App, *** Sports.com , *** Sports Newsletters, and other potential *** platforms. This opportunity will require you to lead and manage a talented group of colleagues, from writers to editors to researchers and more, spanning day-to-day seasonal and off-season coverage (topics, trends, analysis & storytelling), major event coverage (i.e. World Cups, World Series, Super Bowl, etc.), breaking news, plus support major company initiatives, including new priorities (i.e. gambling and the UFL). In addition to content, it will be critical the *** Sports Digital Executive Editor is proficient in data analysis, internal communication, and collaboration with other content & business units, notably social *** , production, product & engineering, marketing, PR, sales & business development.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a full-time News Editor to join the *** Digital team to edit DC and politics-related text stories for *** News.com and 538. It's a role that requires exceptional communication, attention to detail and grace under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have experience with editing content for a digital publication, with a special interest in Washington-based news, U.S. politics and data journalism.

This editor will work with reporters and producers, guiding stories through every step of the process, from idea generation to reporting, editing and publication, as well as data gathering as needed. You will also assign 538 stories to copy editors and be responsible for our fact-checking and editing process, which includes story editing and copy editing. As needed, you will be a part of and help manage 538 interactive projects and coverage of keystone events, such as 538's election-night live blogs.
