We are almost at Picture Lock and this position would be completely free of dealing with editors and everyday normal AE task. Would be just a focus on onlining for color and mix. Will be some possible weekend work.

Pay is weekly and rate based on experience.

Looking for a hungry social-first assistant editor who can help on a multitude of projects. Must work on Premiere Pro. Proficiency in After Effects is a plus.

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Editor / Media Manager to support a live event in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves managing, organizing, and ingesting footage daily. The shoot will take place from October 8-10, with a mandatory prep day on October 7th.

Requirements:

Experience: Prior experience in live event media management and editing is preferred. Candidates should have a solid understanding of media organization and file management.
Skills: Proficiency in ingesting footage, organizing media assets, and maintaining a structured workflow throughout the event. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro is required.
Equipment: Candidates must have access to a reliable laptop to drive media management and organization.
Location: Must be local to Las Vegas or willing to work as a local hire. No travel or accommodation expenses will be covered.

Responsibilities:

Ingest and organize footage from multiple cameras daily, ensuring all media is backed up and cataloged correctly.
Work closely with the production team to manage and distribute media assets as needed.
Provide a properly organized drive with all ingested footage and project files at the end of each day.
Assist with on-site editing tasks as required.

Major international production company based in Stamford, Connecticut is looking to staff up a new cable reality docu-series for A&E. We are specifically looking for Editors with at least 5 years experience cutting in the reality genre. Must have strong story telling skills and be comfortable receiving and implementing notes. A live daily news show is in search of a Xpression Operator for 9/10, 9/17. 9/24, 10/3 and then subsequently to be added to the weekly/monthly coverage rotation. Should also be available for 2 training dates prior to shift dates listed above.

Able to work in a live show environment as well as taped segments.


Responsibilities:
- Execution of original and template driven on-air graphics
- Work with Coordinators, Directors, and Line Producers on assembly of playlists and playout of elements
- Manipulating data and updating information in real time
- Working with Technical Directors and Engineers to help troubleshoot any problems that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven CG software experience in Ross Xpression
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Broadcast control rooms or trucks during live events as a graphic operator
- Ability to create and QC assets quickly and efficiently
- Solid understanding of image file formats and resolution sizes
- Attention to detail for on-screen cues, timing and editorial requests
- Solid work ethic and accountability for high quality of work and a willingness to go above and beyond when necessary

Video Editor, Original Series & Events

Job Description
Financial news network is seeking an experienced video editor to edit engaging, informative and timely video features, recurring series episodes and in-depth interviews. The video editor will regularly work on segments ranging from eight to 10 minutes with opportunities to expand stories to 25 minutes for OTT platforms. These originals will be expected to capture viewers' attention through their sharp perspective, approachable style, and clear relevance to the biggest investments and financial questions investors face. You will help spearhead execution across a range of programming formats. You will work closely with reporters, studio, graphics, and more to elevate network's feature video stories. You will be expected to be a strong collaborator and execute an efficient video production process to ensure clean, final delivery. Attention to detail, clear communication and being mindful of deadlines are a must. Strong candidates will be comfortable balancing a variety of projects and deadlines while working with different producers.

Responsibilities:
- Edit original features using Adobe Premiere, for audiences across our daily live distribution onsite and off, YouTube, and major social platforms.
- Help conceptualize, manage and execute visually dynamic, original edits in a deadline-driven environment.
- Stay up-to-date on the workings of company systems including proprietary infrastructures, working with the post support team to source and acquire assets as necessary for projects.
- Communicate in an appropriate and timely manner to relay issues and concerns about individual edits, technical issues and deadlines.
- Regularly update media and project tracking documents as necessary.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues with the IT team and post management.
- Develop and grow audience engagement across major platforms and help editorial leads establish and maintain OKR goals

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience editing narrative features for onsite and OTT.
- An exceptional storyteller with a proven track record of editing high-quality, original field production with the audience and platform in mind.
- Proficient with Adobe Premiere.
- Must be experienced working with graphic templates and MGRTS within premiere. AfterEffects experience preferred.
- Comfortable sourcing pictures, video, soundbite from subscriptions services, including AP, Reuters, Getty, etc.
- Editor must thrive under deadline pressure and be able to juggle multiple tasks and assignments.
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal.
- Be able to work within and conform to established organizational systems and work/troubleshoot in team environments.
- Quality control of all video assets sent to the control room and published to our site and OTT platforms.

We are looking for high-end food competition editors. Must have prior food competition editing experience and be proficient in Avid MC.

Seeking an editor starting this Sept for about 8 months for a feature documentary about Southeast Asians in American politics. The film is verite driven, following various political candidates throughout the country leading up to the election. Must have prior experience on a feature doc, must have references. Experience w/ political and/or verite centric projects a plus.

We are a beverage marketing agency that is creating a tour video that shows the entire wine harvest process all the way from grape growing until the wine is in the glass. We are utilizing half of a previous project's cut/footage(which I will provide the project file) along with new footage recently shot. We are looking for someone who can take a lot of footage(about 4TB) and make something cohesive and easy to consume as a story.

Most of the footage was shot on RED and Sony, with some drone from a Inspire 3 as well as a Mavic 3 Cine. We have a colorist, but would want someone who can general work with a LUT and do basic balancing so the drafts are presentable to client.

Rate listed will require 3 rounds of notes, and then the project will be passed on to our colorist, who will then make any final changes and export out all masters. Please provide a demo reel of your work to be considered for the job!
