What you will do:
- Assisting with the day-to-day details of ongoing projects working closely with the Post Producer
- Assisting in the building and organization of operational trackers as part of the production process
- Booking freelancers and setting up first holds; managing calendars
- Scheduling both external and internal calls for the clients, takes and distributes meeting notes, and conduct regular check-ins

What's the role?

The Position
