This is a hybridized role as Media Manager and as an AP in the production office, supporting a Field Team for a law enforcement series. Looking for an organized individual with media management experience. This person will travel with the Field Team to different locations in Louisiana and be based out of the hotel, managing the mobile production office.

-Reports to their Field Team Leader and Production Manager.
-Responsible for Downloading all the footage from their field team per post specs.
-Responsible for proofreading Hot Sheets and filling out all pertinent information that was missing.
-Organizing and scanning all releases to the google drive. Making sure the photo of the person holding the release is clearly labeled and all releases are noted in the Hot Sheet.
-Finding timecodes and noting on hot sheets of verbal releases.
-Handling the receipts from the field teams and generating expense reports.
-Follow up with releases when needed.
-Runs Errands for the Field Team (Crafty, Supplies etc.)

Your Role Accountabilities...
