An exciting new at-home gym equipment company is looking to crew up their in-house video production studio. This studio will be producing regular live and non-live content including training videos, interviews, and more. Experience in a live-broadcast environment is PREFERRED.

The ASSOCIATE PRODUCER be a part of the Production Team, supporting the producer for in field production shoots, as well as live and on demand fitness classes.

The Associate Producer is a key player in coordinating, tracking and communicating all creative elements of the project through the entire production schedule. From kickoff through completion, you will be responsible for working with Producers to create daily and weekly shoot schedules, casting and outreach to potential talent for content for the app, managing releases, detailed notes and writing hot sheets for post, and working with the Account Team to coordinate content for social media.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and deliver productions on time and within budget and scope, management of schedule, talent, quality and communication among the Production team.

Responsible for vendor management; preparing project documentation, including project plans, status reports, etc. Assist in the development of statements of work and project requirements.

Manage multiple projects at once while meeting all project milestones and staying within budget.

Work directly with Production and Account Management teams. Liaison between the Content team and Account Management team to ensure that all content and programming goals remain aligned between departments.

Enable effective communication between team members, managers and customers.

Update content planning and programming based on customer data.

Ability to influence internal team members and customers to execute on project plans.

Identify and effectively manage project risks and problems; facilitate resolution of any issues or problems.



Qualifications:

College degree.

2-4+ year’s experience managing projects and strong knowledge of the key components of project management (e.g., scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, etc.) and associated tools, best practices and methodologies.

2-4 years of relevant Film/Television programming experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent customer management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage project plans.

Proven organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications

Fitness background is a plus.


This will be a fast-paced environment with a small team, working inside a state-of-the-art studio space with cutting edge equipment.

This is a non-union, full-time position that requires the employee to work local to the Dallas, TX area.
