WHO WE ARE:
We specialize in connecting fans to nationwide live events in the entertainment world; including popular TV shows, exclusive red carpet events, award shows, sporting events, music festivals and more.
POSITION:
A Fan Coordinator role requires very strong collaboration and communication skills, including exemplary guest relation skills. Knowledge of popular entertainment culture and experience on event grounds is a plus.
We are actively seeking Fan Coordinators based in Chicago, IL to join our Events team for an upcoming event.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passion and enthusiasm for live entertainment and creating memorable experiences for others
- Adaptability to changes in task/direction, while maintaining poise and professionalism
- Team player with strong problem solving skills, including use of good judgment to redirect matters to management as needed
- Experience working in live events or sporting events is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Fans and assist with on-the-ground operations; inclusive of check-in, event load in and out, seating, crowd control/line management, and guest relations
- Comply to safety protocols and company policies
- Deliver the ultimate guest experience and maximize audience engagement
