AMC series shooting in East Rutherford, NJ. We are looking for PAs who can work as locals in the COVID department.

Responsibilities include:
-Cast and Crew Check-ins
-Monitor compliance of COVID protocols, including:
Proper wearing of PPE
Distribution of PPE
Entrance to zoned areas
Monitor occupancy of set and other common indoor spaces
Monitor vaccinated and non-vaccinated areas
-Ensure proper setup of holding and catering spaces
-Ensure proper ventilation and air filtration of set
-Assist with loading, unloading and moving COVID department supplies (air filters, scrubbers, sandwich boards, etc)
-Set up signage
-Assist with testing, including:
Setup
Wrangling crew, when needed

Rate is $210/day ($15/hr, 12 hour guarantee, x1.5 after 12 hours.)

The Freelance Audio Network Operator and Podcast Production Operator will provide technical oversight over all *** News Radio platforms including *** News Radio's terrestrial operation, *** News Talk, and *** News Headlines 24/7.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor outbound & return paths across all *** News Radio platforms
Edit and time out *** News Talk programming for re-feeds
Troubleshoot operational, CPU, and automation issues
Coordinate reporters for live shots within newscasts and breaking news events
Run the control board for live coverage, pre-tapes, and overall production
Work closely with engineering, IT, and editorial staff in a fast-paced news environment
Assist newsroom staffers with technical issues
Follow show rundowns to ensure the program runs smoothly
Focus on improving the quality of our *** News Podcasts products, including adjusting guest's sound, inserting music beds, soundbites, and other effects, adding markers for ad insertion, and posting the products to the consumer page

**** YOU **** NEED

Minimum of 2 years of broadcast experience
Proficient in audio editing software
Good interpersonal skills
Knowledge of ENCO and Adobe Audition
Familiarity with running an audio console
Interest in the news cycle
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
You must be available to work weekends

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $18.75-20.00 per hour. We provide Freelancers medical/dental/vision insurance and 401k after they meet eligibility criteria and any State required time-off, in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
