This is a large cooking show production of 100-120 people that will take place on one set in Los Angeles.

There is already a COVID company in place that is providing the CCO, testing, and the rest of the COVID team.

We are looking for a team player who can work with the Talent Coordinator, Production Manager, and COVID team to ensure contestants receive testing materials, results are updated and accurate in grids, PPE is gridded and accounted for, and that crew is complying with the COVID team's regulations.

A super organized individual who has experience on set within the COVID space would be an ideal candidate.

Your New Role

The *** President, Production & Talent Management will work closely with the EVP, Production & Talent Management, helping to achieve our business objectives and ensuring that great talent is drawn to, and stays at *** Brothers Pictures Animation.

This role will be responsible, but not limited to, full cycle Recruiting, Talent onboarding, all talent related workflows, performance management, as well as special projects related to the running of the animation business, including appropriate support for our partner *** . They willapply their understanding of artistic capabilities, production needs, and workflows to create efficient workflows and to ensure the proper casting of the talent at the studio.

This "hands-on" role will report into the EVP of Production and Talent Management and will partner closely with the President of ****, the EVP of Production for ****, and key stakeholders as well as the broader HR team.

Your Role Accountabilities

Talent Acquisition

End to end recruiting for all production, including, but not limited to, collaborating with managers on crafting job descriptions through extending job offers.
Develop and execute an Inclusion and Diversity Strategy for **** partnering with key stakeholders across production and *** Brothers.
Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of Talent Tracking tools (HRIS/CRM).
Partner with Production to create a Staffing Profile workflow so that Talent Acquisition can accurately project internal transitions and hiring needs.
Assist establishing and maintaining efficient and inclusive Talent workflows across **** and our partner *** .
Create and execute an external event strategy to highlight job opportunities across our projects.
Create, execute, and maintain an onboarding strategy for all talent coming into ****.
Stay attuned to current industry trends to educate and advise business stakeholders on recruiting landscape.
Provide regular market intelligence updates to key studio an show leadership.
Create and implement Talent branding strategy
Prepare annual recruitment budget.
Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors.
Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with government regulations and organizational policies.
Help introduce new talent successfully within the studio and projects.
Communicate and support the Studio's Talent Strategy, both internally and externally, that result in attracting, onboarding, and retaining inclusive top talent across *** Brothers Animation.

Crewing and staffing

Helps ensure the strategic and timely casting of all projects within *** Brothers Pictures Animation.
Assists with Analyzing the consolidated production schedules to create provisional headcount plans.
Partners with Studio and Show Leadership to project resource deficits or surpluses of man weeks and anticipates downtime and/or recruitment needs.
Helps identify creative solutions and resolves allocation co *** icts when resource or time constraints compromise production schedules.
Provide support for artist transitions, ensuring smooth and timely information flow to the artist.
Supports and encourages ongoing crew assessments and helps create effective feedback mechanisms and development plans.
In collaboration with the Studio's Leadership Team, maintain and update a leadership succession plan and proactively identify new leaders.

Talent Development / Mentorship

In partnership with artist management, support internal and/or external programs for the crews hired to help with engagement and retention.
Manage, train and evaluate Talent team employees to ensure they are growing and learning in new areas.

Special Projects

Support the President of **** and the EVP of Production for **** with special projects in talent or production.
Overall mentorship of staff.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree required and/or 10+ years experience in Animation or related field.
Experience leading end-to-end recruitment cycle from strategy and planning to execution.
Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
The ability to effectively communicate, interact, and partner with Studio and show leadership.
Specialized knowledge of the animation production process, workflows, and familiarity with production environments.
Strong skills in the area of time management and organization.
The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic/ever-changing environment is required.

We are seeking an experienced Post Production professional to help manage both internal and third party productions, inclusive of a wide range of LIVE programming such as large tent pole variety events, award shows, comedy formats, sports, unscripted, and more. This role will serve as a network touch point ensuring our external producing partners are effectively onboarded, supported, and assessed for our post production workflows. Responsibilities include supporting the Post Production leads, establishing and curating vendor & staff/crew relations, managing document distribution & communication flow, liaising with internal cross-functional teams, and supporting/suggesting best practices from pre production through delivery while working with production companies. This position will report to a Director of Live Post Production and will be based out of the *** offices in Los Angeles, CA.

The Role

A successful candidate will be passionate and deeply knowledgeable about post production planning, management, logistics and have LIVE or live to tape post production experience on programming that has aired or streamed on major platforms, such as networks or large scale streaming platforms. They will be self-motivated, flexible, thorough, and capable of juggling multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization, communication, and unwavering attention to detail at all times. A priority to learn is key, as the LIVE slate is ever changing and requires the education of new technologies and practices within production and post production.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Support the post partners through various processes during the setup and execution of the project such as guidance on vendors, disseminating information to the studio, and uploading deliverable materials
Liaise with the post production vendors to ensure they are on-boarded and trained to lean on our various tools and *** workflows (e.g tools for cut reviews, delivery of AV deliverables)

The Role

Experience managing quick turnaround and topical content where deadlines are firm.

The *** Entertainment Segment Financial Reporting center of excellence (SFR COE) is responsible for consolidating and reporting the financial results of the Direct to Consumer ("DTC"), Linear Networks ("LN"), and Content Sales/Licensing & Other ("CSLO") businesses within *** (TWDC). This is a high-profile team that works closely with senior executives. This position will assist the team responsible for the financial reporting processes and financial analysis of specific lines of business and segments under this team. This position will also partner with various stakeholders to support new business opportunities, cost saving initiatives and help the teams identify and execute process improvements. The position offers multiple opportunities to showcase analytical skills to various senior executives and provides great networking opportunities across TWDC.

Responsibility of the Role:

The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst reports to the Manager, Financial Accounting, and will have a primary emphasis in the consolidation and reporting of International Channels, as well as the Direct-to-Consumer "DTC" businesses, primarily related to P&L and Balance Sheet Reporting, and other related analyses and disclosures. This is a high-profile team that works closely with senior executives across multiple segments. This position will help support the team responsible for financial performance and key drivers, including analyzing the cause of change versus forecast and prior year, quarterly margin analysis, by-title programming P&L analysis and balance sheet analyses. This position will also partner with segment accounting teams, segment planning teams, Enterprise Reporting, and Corporate Compliance. The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst role will support new business development opportunities, and help the team identify and execute process improvements. The position will make analytical presentations to various executives. This position requires a professional that wants to lead, is highly motivated, and a self-starter. This individual must be able to develop professional relationships with various business partners, analyze and decipher finance/accounting data to accurately review the department's reporting obligations. They must be able to identify problems and develop innovative solutions to further efforts toward continuous process improvements. In addition, they must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and be able to perform a variety of tasks under time pressure and strict deadlines. Key Job Responsibilities:

Support the quarterly close process, with focus on deliverables for International Channels and DTC, by preparing, analyzing and presenting reporting of line of business and consolidated financial results to executive management
Perform complex key analytics to present business results and key drivers to executive management
Liaise and partner with cross-functional teams, including Corporate Reporting, FP&A, Accounting, for continuous process improvement in reporting, forecasting, business development, and other operational initiatives
Liaise with external auditors by providing requested PBC items and thoroughly responding to questions in support of the financial statement audit
Streamline processes and challenge status quo to effectively report results to Segment and Enterprise Executive Management

Basic Requirements:

The Ideal Candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
3-5+ years of public or private accounting experience
Strong technical accounting skills; knowledge of accounting theory and practices, of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
High-energy, self-motivated, team player with a desire to excel in demanding and fast paced environment•
Detail-oriented, proficient in reviewing work for reasonableness and accuracy, and able to manage multiple requests for various departments
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including refined presentation skills
Ability to adapt quickly, work autonomously, take ownership, and work in a flexible team environment
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency using Excel (pivot tables, Match Index, H-&V-lookups, etc.)
Professional demeanor, focused, articulate, and well-organized
Flexibility in hours as required for deliverable deadlines

Preferred Requirements:

The hiring range for this position in California is $101,800.00 to $124,400.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
