Your New Role...

As a custodian, you will be part of the team helping to maintain the beauty and cleanliness of this incredible space. We are looking for candidates with the right experience to help preserve our studio lot and the many office buildings our employees sit in.

This role will be working during our overnight shift: 6pm-2:30am.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Keep building and property in clean and orderly condition.
Perform heavy cleaning duties throughout our studio backlot offices and buildings
Sweep, mop, wax, or vacuum floors.
Gather and empty trash.
Scrub, sanitize, and supply restroom facilities (private offices and public)
Dust furniture, walls, and equipment.
Mix cleaning solutions and chemicals in containers in preparation for cleaning, according to instructions.
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
Physical exertion requiring standing for long periods, walking, bending, lifting and maneuvering heavy weights up to 50+ lbs.
Driving responsibilities may include driving golf carts *** ween buildings to transport cleaning supplies, both within the studio lot and on public road to get to other company buildings off-lot.
Possibility of weekends and/or holiday shifts.

Qualifications & Experience...

Prefer 1-2 years large commercial facilities (medical center, school campus, major hotel) janitorial experience.
Must have a working knowledge of English.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for many hours
Ability to perform repetitive motion for long periods of time
Experience with using cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and cleaning solutions ( Material Safety Data Sheets "MSDS")
Background in handling, mixing, and using cleaning chemicals
Knowledge of occupational hazards safety rules

Your New Role

The Manager, Financial Administration at *** Television collaborates extensively with various departments, including Business Affairs, Labor, Estimating, Production, Current, Casting, Production Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and **** Legal. Their primary responsibility is to manage Above-the-Line (ATL) payments and charge-offs of **** overall Producers & Directors, ensuring compliance with contractual and audit obligations for active series and pilots from pre-production through post-production.

Your Role Accountabilities

ATL Payment Management: Read and administer complex Overall Producer agreements and other intricate contract in order to create new episodic payment authorizations/schedules for each series including Producing fees, royalties, packaging, and charge-offs for overall Producers, Directors, and Writers, as well as to obtain the necessary approvals adhering to SOX compliance rules.

Financial Accuracy: Monitor cost associated with ATL development project, pilots, series, talent holds and overall deals to ensure correct payment processing of WGA rules, contractual limits, bonuses, and analyses for the same. Track and maintain fresh cash vs charge-offs, generate Journal entries and correct distribution errors as needed, collaborating closely with Production accountants, Business Affairs, payroll companies and agencies.

Audit Request: Assist with SOX initiative of internal and external audits of television productions as related to financial information and cost processing, including Guilds, participations inquiries, and cost analyses for Labor relations for negotiation purposes.

Casting Directors: Manage and administer payments as well as ensuring the proper distribution of fringe across all Productions.

Development: Assist with all costs associated with scripts, rights, supervisor and development fees.

Start work: Obtain payroll documents for all ATL talent, maintain files and serve as liaison *** ween Agencies and Production.

Additional duties: Clip fee payments, monitor overhead and assistants (on/off production) for overall producer, Colaborate with co-productions (Max, *** ), promote new or modified suggestions related to procedures as they pertain to departmental operations

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years WGA Payroll experience, production cost budgeting/estimating experience, preferably in television.

Experience with SAP, PSL, Smart Accounting.

Senior Vice President, Physical Production

Manages and directs all aspects of physical production activity to assure that project stays on schedule. Resolves any related issues.
Manages production budget and resolves any related discrepancies.

ABOUT THE JOB

Spry *** is looking for a Senior Engineer passionate about gameplay programming to help us evolve upcoming Spry *** titles..

You will be responsible for building and maintaining gameplay, content systems, and data-driven tooling with a focus on the moment-to-moment or "game-feel" aspects of the project. You'll work closely with the design team and the rest of the engineering team to translate designs into polished player experiences and high-performance client and server code. Job Description

As part of the *** Home Entertainment marketing team, this position will develop & drive insights-based marketing programs and facilitate strategic planning for key digital accounts (iTunes, Google Play, Microsoft, PlayStation). This role will work closely with brand, consumer insights, *** /digital marketing, strategic planning and commercial teams to develop innovative activations that build engagement and drive incremental revenue.

Customer Program Design and Execution
•Design insight-driven programs consistent with the promotion plan
•Develop end-to-end programs for new releases tied to national campaigns with an eye on lifecycle planning (from theatrical release window through home entertainment)
•Develop customer activation programs for TV and catalog titles
•Partner with Marketing Insights to provide decision support and actionable insights to key accounts to grow their revenue and profitability on SPHE categories through innovative promotion strategies
•Lead weekly customer meetings and conference calls

Customer Promotion Planning
•Develop an account marketing plan for the channel
•Develop insights-driven promotion plans that meet Commercial objectives consistent with the overall customer marketing approach (includes thematic development, promoting titles, trade spend management, merchandising vehicles, vendors, pricing, 3rdparty promotion planning and timing)
•Track competitor activity and adjust strategies/plans when needed

Customer Program Measurement
•Achieve account program ROI objectives while balancing value creation vs. cost of complexity
•Support of account growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and preferred partner stratus
•Conduct robust post-mortems to improve efficiency and effectiveness of future programs

REQUIRED S****S

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

How you'll make an impact:

As a Campaign Operations manager, you will work with internal Marketing clients to collect and write business requirements which will be implemented in Marketing campaigns that will drive business outcomes for all LOB's throughout Sirius XM. Since you will be working directly with our Marketing clients, you will have a chance to partner with them on how campaigns are structured and who we are targeting. All of this will be necessary to create successful Marketing campaigns. In addition, you will be working on helping to migrate our existing campaigns over to Salesforce over the course of 2024.

What you'll do:

Work with various marketing lines of business to collect and write business requirements that will be implemented within marketing campaigns.
Create and maintain a set of Quality Assurance best practices to confirm that business requirements have been implemented successfully within marketing campaigns.
Automate the monitoring of marketing campaigns and quickly investigate campaign alerts.
Create clear documentation that will outline the business criteria in marketing campaigns.
Analyze any available data sources that can be used to enhance campaign segmentation.
Conduct periodic reviews of business criteria with Marketing to ensure campaign segmentation is being done properly.
Facilitate campaign and audience sizings.
Work with internal Campaign Ops team members to understand campaign logic for approx. 300+ Marketing campaigns that are on the legacy platform.
Create clear documentation that will outline the business criteria for the new Salesforce campaigns.
Count and data validation for the new Salesforce campaigns by comparing to our legacy campaigns.
Implement new quality controls for the new campaigns and/or migrating existing controls into Salesforce.
Ability to analyze the available data sources in Salesforce that can be used to enhance campaign segmentation.
Facilitate campaign and audience sizing exercises in Salesforce if required by Marketing.
Assist with legacy/BAU work to assist fellow team members working on Salesforce transition.

What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree or education in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
Advanced understanding of Database Marketing, Database Architecture, and SQL.
Minimum 7+ years experience with Customer Data Platforms outside of Salesforce (Teradata, APRIMO, Unica, etc.)
Minimum 3+ yrs experience in Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Strong communication skills (written and oral) to all staff levels and possess ability to deliver information tactfully. Ability to work with internal teams.
Advanced knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
