Summary

FOH Coordinator's essential job is to provide support to Universal *** Hollywood's Park Food Operations Management in effectively coordinating and administering all aspects of food operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides Daily/Weekly/Monthly analytical data and reports directly related to food operation businesses including financials, health inspections, work safety and guest experience insights

• Supports and coordinates field operational projects and tools with various partners for testing and implementation which includes and not limited to Order Forecasting, Prep Level, Production Par Level Tools and Share Point Food Operation Site

• Supports all food and beverage operation SOP updates and revisions in partnering with HR and Learning & Organizational Development team and timely communication of updates to the field Operation Management

We are responsible for landscape architecture including hardscape, grading, planting, irrigation, water and other specialty features; special studies; and the integration of architecture, civil engineering, structural elements, lighting, graphics and utilities for the area development of an individual facility/attraction, land, or theme park project!

You will report to the Landscape Architecture Studio Executive.

This is a 30 month Project Hire position with no guarantee of permanent placement.

You Will

Prepare Area Development base information documentation (e.g. site analysis, site planning)
Provide design documentation in the form of graphic illustration, imagery boards, color renderings, and research and documentation on assigned projects
Perform various basic technical tasks and documentation, including base sheets, construction details, preliminary grading, hardscape plans/sections/elevations, planting design drafting, 3D visualization, and general project coordination
Develop varied landscape architectural project work at all stages of assigned projects from concept, feasibility or schematic design through the preparation of construction documentation
Ensure that the area development intent is achieved by successfully integrating landscape design with allied fields and components such as: infrastructure, architecture, grading/drainage, lighting, graphics, structural engineering, irrigation, etc
Prepare specific work including, but not limited to: base sheets, hardscape, planting designs, visual intrusion studies, material schedules, etc; ensures alignment to department/divisional Standards of Practice

You Will Have

U.S. Professional License credential
Two or more years of experience in landscape architecture/design practice
Working knowledge and experience in the use of plant and hardscape materials and products for thematic applications
Demonstrated thoughtful design, artistic skills and professional judgment in solving complex area development problems
Skills in digital documentation/illustration tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Working knowledge/skills in AutoCAD and 3D software tools: AutoCAD 3D, Rhino, Twinmotion, Lumion.
Membership in one or more professional organizations such as American Society of Landscape Architects, Urban Land Institute, Construction Specifications Institute, U.S. Green Building Council, International Society of Arboriculture, or Green Roof Association is preferred

Required Education

BLA/BSLA degree from an accredited program

Your Role Accountabilities...

Duties include but are not limited to ticket sales, scripted and unscripted presentations, escorting guests around the studio, and answering phones and making tour reservations.

Initially, our Tour Associate employees start off in guest ser *** roles, however, depending on business needs and stellar performance, they may eventually get trained to be Studio Tour Guides.Our Tour Guides are responsible for taking guests on a guided tour of the Studio, where they are able to see the behind-the-scenes soundstages, sets and props from some of our current and past productions.

Qualifications & Experience...

A valid driver's license for the state of California. If you currently have an out-of-state license, make a record of your license number before you apply for an in-state license. We will need that out-of-state license number to check your driving history.
A record of safe driving with at least 6 months of driving history
Tour Associates may be responsible for driving a cart up to 14 guests *** ween Stage 48 and the Tour Center.
Demonstrate strong communication and social skills, as well as the ability to speak effectively in front of an audience.
Ability to retain detailed and accurate information, work outdoors in year-round weather conditions, and walk/stand for extended periods of time.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Will be required to follow the department's established dress code.
Able to work flexible shifts which vary Sunday - Saturday, *** ween 6am - 7pm.
Must be a super fan of film and TV!
