Our company, along with its scientific advisors and in accordance with DGA, SAG-AFTRA, IATSE, and Teamsters’ Return to Work Agreement, has developed a comprehensive COVID-19 Health & Safety Program to help cast and crew get back on set safely and efficiently.
Led by the COVID-19 Health & Safety Supervisor (“HSS”), our Health & Safety Team is responsible for the COVID-19-related health and safety of the production. The HSS will oversee the planning and execution of the production’s health and safety plan, including consulting with the production in advance, hiring and managing the Health & Safety Team, and ensuring compliance on set.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
(May include but are not limited to:)
Hire, onboard, and lead Health & Safety Team including Health & Safety Manager, Hygiene Crew, and the Security Unit
Collaborate on, advise on, and enforce Client’s worksite-specific COVID-19 prevention protocols regarding zones, social distancing, PPE, healthy hygiene, testing, ventilation, cleaning and disinfecting, catering/craft services, travel/transportation, and limited sharing
Oversee the testing process in connection with air travel, pre-employment, and periodically during employment
Set up and operate screening area including temperature check and self-health/exposure assessment completion verification
Direct the sourcing and distribution of PPE and supplies
Oversee the layout and placement of equipment, infrastructure, and supplies
Source and install administrative controls such as COVID-19 signage
Oversee engineering controls such as plexiglass barriers
Lead COVID-19 safety training, including pre- and during-production messaging and frequent safety meetings on-set
Lead incident response for persons-under-investigation (symptomatic individuals) and positive cases, including quarantine, isolation, and contact tracing
Document COVID-19 Incident Reports and provide daily updates regarding concerns observed during the day
