We are shooting for one day in a private home - there will be 12 people including subjects and ctew. Everyone has been fully vaccinated plus 2 weeks except for one person who has had one of two shots. While we understand the parameters of safety we need to be supervised in terms of making sure protocols are followed.

The interview subject is a doctor and an army nurse. We plan to do 2 rapid tests before filming - We need instructions re cleaning before production, identifying zones, taking surveys, perhaps signing waivers, keeping food and drink safe, etc.

Liaise as the HR Department's point of contact *** ween department and the Chief Data Office to perform data management and record retention required tasks including record inventory and retention schedule maintenance, update, and records disposal
Coordinate and ensure timely execution or deliverables on Business Continuity Management related matters, including a risk-based business impact analysis, Business Continuity Plan ("BCP"), and Disaster Recovery testing to ensure that the essential functions within HRD are able to continue in the event of an emergency
Oversee and coordinate with all teams within the department to adhere to the Bank's Third Party Risk Management protocols including vendor onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding, and address relevant issues accordingly
Participate and manage departmental ad hoc projects on an as needed basis

You'll need to have:

8+ years of front-line risk, operational risk, internal or external audit, and/or relevant controls experience. Related certifications are a plus (CIA, CRMA, CCEP, CISSP, CRCM, etc.)
An understanding of foundational risk management frameworks (i.e., COSO, COBIT, NIST, etc.) including financial and non-financial risks faced by institutions and their potential impacts on a Company's operating environment
Experience in risk identification and control assessment with the ability to design, plan and execute testing of internal controls across a wide range of business processes
Knowledge of manual and automated control testing techniques and knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements
Facilitate discussions and review and challenge Risk & Control Self-Assessments
Provide on-going assessment of information gathered, to evaluate the strength of the established procedures and controls and work with the appropriate groups to determine control weakness
Assist with root cause analysis for control breaks to identify significant gaps and weaknesses while driving consistency across LOBs where applicable
Sound analytical skills to filter, prioritize and synthesize potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources
Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to execute team strategy and the ability to proactively identify areas of risk across processes and i *** uence senior stakeholders
Aptitude to identify internal efficiencies and implement internal process improvements
Ability to work independently and across a matrix organization partnering with business partners, functional owners, technology teams
