Looking for a Covid Compliance Officer for a small shoot. We have a small cast/crew of about 8 people. We follow industry standard covid set protocols and will provide our specific list of guidelines. Must be comfortable checking crew temperatures and leading a basic covid safety meeting to start the day.

For this shoot, crew must be fully vaccinated against covid-19 or will need to get tested within 48 hours of the shoot.

We're ideally looking for someone who already has a basic kit (touchless thermometer, extra masks/PPE, sanitizing supplies, etc).

KY3, the award-winning dominant number one station in the beautiful Ozark mountains is looking for a sports director to lead its sports department. You would lead a four-person sports department with sports at 6/9/10pm, a weekly half-hour local high school sports show called the Ozone during the school year and a popular Ozarksportszone.com website. We are looking for an aggressive sports director who is passionate about covering highly local and personalized sports stories. We also cover regional pro teams like the Kansas City Chiefs (and yes – the big game too!) and college teams like Missouri State and Drury. Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Be able to “work” (or learn to work) a touchscreen on-air smoothly
• Be able to shoot, write, edit, and voice personalized packages, sportscasts, and highlights.
• Be able to put together and present several minutes of sports coverage daily.
• Be able to produce and plan a weekly half-hour sports show.
• Know (or be able to quickly learn) the local high school sports teams across our area.
• Be able to write in a clear, concise, conversational manner and must read through scripts thoroughly before going on-air.

Your New Role

As the Resource Planning Senior FP&A Manager, you manage one of Resource Planning FP&A CoE teams responsible for planning, reporting and analysis of global personnel related costs for annual $5Bn+ cost spend and 40 000 employees in 50+ locations.

Your main responsibility is to ensure proactive and timely high quality forecasting, reporting and analysis in the cost of organization domain that supports the business partners in decision making. You will manage a team FP&A analysts and you ensure deep knowledge and competencies are developed within the team. You will deploy world class end to end financial processes within the compensation and benefits domain and ensure alignment with other functions and business partners.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Lead, coach and develop team of analysts who support cost of organization planning, reporting and analytics
Ensure deep knowledge within the team related to cost of personnel domain (knowledge transfer, documentation)
Design and maintain personnel cost KPIs and benchmarking analysis which can be reviewed on regular basis by business
Implement and maintain standard FP&A processes within managed personnel cost domain and ensure effectiveness and efficiency of these processes
Provide high quality financial information and insights to business partners and finance leadership related to managed cost of organization
