EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS JOB
● Required - Proof of completion of Covid Compliance Certification
● Required - One year Management/Supervisor experience on film or TV production
● Preferred - EMT/Paramedic, RN, Military Medical experience

POSITION SUMMARY
The Covid Compliance Supervisor (CCS) is the health & safety team lead for film & television production, live events and return to work. The CCS is trained in COVID-19 response and medically based protocols, as required in the entertainment industry's official Return to Work Agreement as of the current date. The CCS will oversee all assigned locations and will schedule and manage all health safety team members under his/her supervision.

SUPERVISORY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Manage the Health & Safety Team
● Participate in the recruitment process of Health & Safety Team members
● Ensure team members are placed and deployed appropriately, tasks are delegated and completed, and safety protocols are being followed
● Monitor all regulations, guidelines, protocols and policies/procedures relating to safeguarding cast/crew and team members from Covid-19.
● Oversee the performance management of assigned Reel Health team members.
● Manage the procurement, distribution and inventory of personal protective and hygiene equipment.
● Manage the pre-work health screening process that is established by Production management and Reel Health management.
● Manage the removal and return to work process of potentially infected cast and crew.
● Manage the testing protocols established by the Production including facilitating test scheduling, vendor interaction and account maintenance, managing appropriate notification to regulatory agencies and others as appropriate.
● Ensure that ONLY designated Production staff are notified of COVID test results and ONLY as necessary
● Manage the routine cleaning and disinfection of stages, equipment and workspaces and, in consultation with the Hygiene Supervisor, works on procuring internal/external resources to conduct said services if/when necessary and identifying when hygiene and cleaning practice need to be amended or expanded.
● In consultation with the Reel Health Training Director ensures that initial training and ongoing education of cast and crew relating to infectious disease precautions and production policy is conducted and validated. This will include education for new hires, transient workers, vendors, guests and extras/background performers.
● Conduct periodic inspections of the workplace to ensure that infectious disease policy and procedure is being operationalized at the Production level.
● Work in conjunction with Locations Dept. to review and assess, both pending and secured locations for infectious disease protection requirements and safeguarding.
● Work in conjunction with the Production Department to identify appropriate infectious disease precautions are in place for pending production operations, including direct involvement/consultation on cast and crew scheduling, One Liner development and daily call sheets.
● Work proactively with Production Management and staff in terms of infectious disease safeguarding expectations and corporate deliverables.

Position Requirements
● Proof of completion of Covid Compliance Certification.
● Possess strong English reading, writing and verbal communication skills and as well exceptional interpersonal skills.
● Must be adept in communication and customer service.
● Ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
● Must be familiar with technology (navigate a cell phone, tablet, and applications).
● Ability to learn Reel Health COVID-19 information technology and protocols once hired (provided by Reel Health).
● Must have reliable transportation. (Mileage reimbursement may be available in certain circumstances if using a personal vehicle.)
● Must have a smartphone (Reel Health App Access). Reimbursement is available.
● An average workday will be 12 HOURS.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● May be exposed to infectious diseases and other occupational dangers.
● Requires long periods of standing and/or walking
● Must be able to wear the required PPE for 12 hours or more per shift (face mask, eye protection, medical gloves, gown, safety vest, etc.)
● Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments and be able to withstand different climates (heat, cold, snow, rain, etc.)
