Producer / Camera Small Crew to cover sporting event
Sony F55 or similar
Seeking a producer and camera op to cover a boxing event in Lakeland FL on Wednesday February 3rd, Thursday 4th and Friday 5th. The crew will be working as camera operator / audio operator and field producer for the event.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Recording of the pre-fight weigh ins, tying into the house audio system for clean sound
2. Recording interviews at weigh ins and on fight night
3, Recording BROLL at event including fighter walks outs, victory celebrations and fan interactions
4. Recording sound bytes with fans
5, Logging which fighters we interview, including name, social media info, contact info
Video and audio should be recorded onto a media card that can be delivered on site to our video editor who will be editing pieces at the event.
Technical requirements:
1. 1080p / 24 FPS for interviews and 1080p / 60 FPS for BROLL
2. Even lighting during interviews / preferred 3 point lighting
3. Handheld wireless microphone / boom preferred for backup
4. Variety of lenses for interviews and BROLL. Prime lens preferred for interviews
5. Tripod required for steady shot on interview unless you are very good at handheld
6. Gimbel preferred for steady BROLL
Call times will be determined closer to show but should be close to a 6 hour day on the 3rd and 4th with a 10 hour day on the 5th.

COVID-19 protocols will be followed including wearing masks and sanitizing work equipment. You will be required to provide proof of a negative covid test before work.
For these shoots we typically work with a 2 person crew. Please make the quote all inclusive including any costs outside of production.
