Looking for a Camera Operator for a one day shoot in NYC on Sunday 5/5/2024. The day will consist of predominantly B-Roll with one or two stand up interviews. The day should require roaming around a convention so a gimbal will be needed. B-roll will consist of capturing establishing shots, signage, attendees interacting, panels, crowds, and exhibit hall shots. A producer will be there to feed questions for the interviews. Being able to set up and monitor wireless lavaliers (up to two) to record directly into the camera will be needed. Also needed is a small light set up that we can use for the short interviews. A room for you to leave any equipment and grab what you need will be provided.

Prerequisites...
Have a valid drivers license
Be familiar with the Sony FX9.
Have experience with shooting ENG style reality television.
Be comfortable lighting an interview and scene work

We are conducting an interview with (3-4) subjects, both sit down/standup interviews as well as walk and talk interviews. Those who apply should have experience with Sony ecosystem and running an FX3 and/or an FX6. We will be shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada whoever is chosen will have to be a local. Looking for someone to shoot on a Sony FX6 at a race at Laguna Seca. On 5/10.


A lot of B-Roll type footage at a racetrack. It's a very run and gun style. We are a documentary series shooting the Mazda Cup Race.

It will be an early call time, and I know you may not live close by so we can provide a hotel room for you the night before if necessary.

Uses the camera as instructed by the Director. They ensure the required action is correctly captured in the frame and must react instinctively as the proceedings take place. The camera operator also helps establish the theme and appearance of the show. Must have reliable transportation.

The Camera Operator must be experienced in camera operations in fast-paced, live conditions. Sports production knowledge is a plus.

I am looking for a camera operator for a small documentary shoot in Albany, NY shooting on May 9. We will be filming 3-4 interviews and likely one person will be on camera for each interview. This will take place in various spots within the same location. This is the very last day of filming for this documentary so we have a streamlined process. It should be a relatively easy going day.

We are filming on the Red Komodo and Red Raptor. If you own one of those cameras, that is a huge plus. Rate negotiable for camera package

Must be local to Albany, NY or willing to work as a local. We cannot accommodate any travel, hotels, per diem, mileage, etc.
