Job Description

The Casting Coordinator will report to the EVP, Casting and will support talent aspects of *** , *** , E!, Bravo, Oxygen, Syfy, USA, Universal Kids & Syndication *** .

Essential Responsibilities:

Manage heavy phones, calendars, and contact management
Manage individual and team expenses and coordinate travelwith our internal travel consultants
Meticulously track the status of talent and production for all projects
Responsible for general office management (ordering & restocking supplies, conference room bookings & logistics, knowledge of company policies & procedures, etc.)
Liase with internal departments and *** as well as external studio partners and agencies/management companies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
2+ years of industry experience

Experience supporting high-level executives

News' relationship with celebrity publicists and managers, brands and publishers across E!'s top-rated network of celebrity content. This position will work closely with celebrity representatives to build strong relationships, book in-studio talent and extend the E! brand across multiple platforms, with a focus on news and breaking news.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with talent representatives, magazine and book publishers, podcast networks and brands.
