A weekly late night talk show on Discovery is looking for a Clearance and Release Coordinator.
His or her responsibilities will include:
-Coordinate with Production and Post, tracking all requests clearly
-Confirming and logging appearance releases.
-Confirming and logging location releases
-Contacting interviewees, networks, studios, publishers, and production companies to find footage requested by post, then negotiating licenses
-Identify any issues with rights management and communicate with legal to address.
-Completing deliverables/final release logs
