We’re currently seeking a highly-motivated and strategic minded Digital Marketing Producer to collaborate with our existing teams and help scale our growing Digital Marketing and Consulting business.

This position reports directly to our Head of Ideation and will function as the day to day creative social media marketing lead for a collection of brands. This person will be responsible for creating, developing, supervising and executing a variety of digital campaigns for a Digital Studio. A vital member of the story group team, this individual will work directly with creative teams, accounts and distribution teams to develop executable shareable content around a pre-developed strategy.
An ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast paced digital content environment with a visceral understanding of social media best practices and digital culture.
Our office is located in West LA. During the current COVID pandemic we are all working from home, but this role would be required to be present on set in Los Angeles during 2 weeks of production. Candidates must be willing to provide proof of being fully vaccinated to be considered for the role.
Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years of working in a creatively driven role specializing in social content for tiktok
- Social media savvy and digital culture enthusiast - working knowledge of all social platforms specifically Tik Tok
- Proven success collaborating with multiple teams, relating ideas to brand objectives, pitching creative and seeing projects through end to end creative processes
- Deep experience creating content (long form and short form) for social media
- Can effectively operate filming on an iPhone
- Strong knowledge of computer software that is related to web design, video editing, and graphic design.
- Skilled copywriter
- Able to respond and adapt to the needs of a highly matrixed client organization and ensure work is delivered to a high standard
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of of final cut pro a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Storytelling & Copywriting
- Translates a strategy brief into powerful copy and stories that drive a desired action
- Generate fresh social video content ideas that increase engagement and following on the channel.
- Works to deepen understanding of our partners social presence and the industry they work with
- Works with cross functional team to in the development process (stories & copy) for integrated digital communication and marketing campaigns and partners with other teams to package it for multiple channels
- Writes both short- and long-form pieces for digital properties, potches, and social media for the purposes of elevating a brand profile and hit KPIs
- Keep a pulse on pop culture as well as the latest social media content and trends and their evolution to ensure the content is fresh and effective.
- Content Gathering
- Identifies opportunities to for brands to tap into social trends, influencer content and other relevant social moments
