Your New Role

To direct and proactively manage all facets of **** Licensing - Agents, revenue, marketing, operations in SEA, HK, Taiwan and Korea , in order to deliver target revenues and net contributions set by **** divisional head and **** APAC regional head. This role will have to work closely with the licensing agents to maximize the long-term value and financial returns across South East Asia, HK, Taiwan and Korea.

The People & Culture Partner team is at the centre of the P&C function. ABOUT THIS ROLE
As our catalog offerings expand, we are looking for an experienced, strategic, and highly collaborative leader to support Content Strategy and Audience Development across APAC. Based in Singapore, the newly established Director, Content Programming and Audience Development will be responsible for supporting content strategies that appeal to a wide variety of audiences, working across functions to ensure content plans line up with product and marketing initiatives.

As a Director, Content Programming and Audience Development you will...
- Support the content strategy for APAC territories
- Ensure Marketplace positioning of content feeds into global content strategies
- Support marketplace development together with cross-functional stakeholders
- Respond to audience needs and cultural and consumer trends, evolving the local content strategy accordingly, in partnership with marketing and product
- Contribute to competitive analysis and strategic recommendations

- Develop and oversee a slate of programming that aligns to the content strategy

- Support local originals commissioning, within the broader content portfolio

- Establish appropriate content budgets for each marketplace, working with Content Development and Production, Content Acquisition and Partnerships, Data Science and Finance teams; have oversight and management of overall local marketplace content budget
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Content Development and Production teams, as well as Marketing and PR, to plan and execute against global content tentpoles and across a portfolio of local Audible Originals
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative content and programming ideas to drive listener engagement.
- Communicate with senior executives regarding overall strategy and high-profile releases

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- History with relevant content programming experience, with a demonstrated track record of successful leadership
- Marketing experience or exposure to Editorial, Product and Consumer Marketing audience growth plans

****-TV, the *** affiliate in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking an accomplished sales leader to spearhead operations in Phoenix while collaborating on sales strategies aligned with the *** station in Tucson, AZ. The Director of Sales will be responsible for formulating, directing, and implementing the station's sales strategy to meet or surpass annual budget goals, fostering revenue growth across linear, streaming, and digital platforms. Additionally, the director of sales is also responsible for cultivating a high-performing sales team, empowering sales managers and staff, and securing alignment to ensure effective execution of the *** Arizona sales strategy.

This position is also eligible for the Company's bonus plan(s).

Responsibilities:

Build the sales strategy to achieve or exceed the station's revenue goals.
Recruit, develop, retain, and supervise an elite, and highly performing sales team.
Price and manage inventory to meet and exceed budget goals with accurate forecasting.
Work collaboratively with all station's department heads and the General Manager to create incremental revenue opportunities and ensure a smooth experience for clients from order to implementation of their marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing and news leaders on ratings, estimates and projections to optimize value.

Requirements:

10+ years of TV sales experience with 3 to 5 years of experience in broadcast TV sales leadership role with a record of accomplishment of achieving or exceeding goals, political experience preferred.
Demonstrate knowledge of marketing solutions spanning linear broadcast TV and digital solutions, including OTT/CTV.
Established knowledge of political and national advertising sales cycle.
Proven record of accomplishment of cultivating a strong performing team and building a positive and inclusive culture.
Ability to effectively manage a large staff with various skill sets.
Proficiency with CRM system, MS Office, Google Analytics, Wide Orbit Sales, Wide Orbit Traffic & Wide Orbit Analytics, Sharebuilder, ComScore, Matrix, Tableau, and qualitative data.
