In need of a DP that can work local to the Columbus, OH area for a 1 Day, 2 Cam, one-on-one sit down interview shoot.

We are still in the process of confirming the schedule, but it would be one day in between 6/18 & 6/26.

We need a DP who has his own Camera and Lighting setup, and can manage setup by themselves. Interviews are roughly 1 - 2hrs long.
We primarily shoot on the C300mki, but are open to other available cameras.

Seeking a thoughtful documentary DP, experienced with follow doc style verite, as well as sitdown/formal interviews. Due to content and subjects being filmed, we will be prioritizing BIPOC crew, if you're comfortable indicating such in your submission.

Planning 2-6 shoots in DC now until November. Most immediately looking at a few days around May 4th.

This is aimed to be a feature documentary revealing a grassroots level journey alongside a diverse group of protagonists in red, blue and purple states working in similar ways with non-partisan ballot measures advancing electoral reforms. These reforms vary by state and include opening primaries and ranked choice voting.

Rate range w/ gear package: $900-1,700/12hr day

We are seeking a talented and resourceful Director of Photography for an upcoming low-budget independent feature film project. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of visual storytelling, with the ability to deliver compelling imagery within budgetary constraints. You should have proven experience in a variety of shooting conditions, have previously shot one or more feature films, a creative eye for framing and lighting, and a collaborative spirit to work closely with the director and production team.

This role demands a passionate individual who can inspire and manage a small crew, ensuring artistic coherence and technical quality from pre-production through to the final cut. If you are ready to bring your unique vision to a dynamic indie film production, we would love to hear from you.

Also, you will be working with a VFX Supervisor for certain shots as this is a science fiction project.
