Our Short Haul Drivers support the Flagship Harry Potter store operations, by driving store orders *** ween our New Jersey warehouse and our Flagship Harry Potter store in the Flatiron district of NYC.Our goal is to improve support to the store, improving the frequency, efficiency, and timing of deliveries.

Your Accountabilities...

Collect orders from ourwarehouse.Makingsure trailers are efficiently and safely packed.
Drive orders to the store in a timely and efficient way, making sure to comply with any local regulations surrounding deliveries.
Deliver stock tostore.Reportany discrepancies to the Store and Warehouse Management teams.

Qualifications and Experience...

A record of safe driving with at least 6 months of driving history
A valid driver's license for NJ. Class A preferred, not required. If you currently have an out-of-state license, make a record of your license number before you apply for an in-state license. We will need that out-of-state license number to check your driving history.
Must be able to drive a 26 FT M2 Class C Box Truck with a GVWR of 26,000 LBS

Job Summary:

The Oiler-Truck Driver position performs functions that include operating a fuel truck to provide fueling services, lubrication support, oil analysis, and tire repairs for vehicles and equipment. This position provides direct support to all *** land® Resort departments that operate vehicles, motorized equipment, and for Attractions that require routine-lubrication work!

Responsibilities:

Fueling ser *** of automotive equipment: Operate fuel trucks and dispense gasoline, diesel, and CNG (compressed natural gas). Record fuel meter readings and contain/clean up any fuel spills as they occur.

Lubrication Support: Perform lubrication services using oils, greases, and filters when servicing automotive vehicles, gear boxes, atomizers, bearings, chains, and other types of equipment. Record meter readings for assets on a utilization maintenance schedule. Take oil samples when required for oil analysis. Understand the fundamentals of lubrication.

Tire Work: Operate tire changing machines, balancers, lifts, jacks, impacts, and torque wrenches to repair tires. Knowledge needed to recognize tire wear and to find leaks!

Basic Qualifications:

Schedule Availability

Must be open to any shift (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) including holidays, with any combination of days off

Experience and Abilities

Must have professional, paid experience performing the duties listed under "Responsibilities" above
This position requires at least one year of professional automotive-maintenance experience. Working on one's own car, or those of friends and family, does not qualify.

Professional experience repairing, patching and/or plugging tires

Job Summary:

The Facility Technician, under direction of the Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the 24/7 maintenance/operation needs of the DC-3 facility are met. Press Operator

As part of a press crew, performs and works with other crewmembers to perform all duties required to operate the web presses which include: webbing, plating, color balance, compensation, supplying newsprint, cleaning and maintenance of the equipment, etc., as directed by the Press Operator.

Works with another crewmember to change the reel assemblies as necessary to the size of newsprint rolls to be used according to production requirements as follows:

Removes the rolls from the reel by activating the reel arms to unload position and releasing the roll onto a dolly.
Moves the roll to the storage area.
Unlocks and moves the reel arm(s) (holding the rolls of newsprint) of the reel assembly to proper width of the roll as required and relocks.
Reloads the reels by engaging the core of the roll on the reel spindles and secures.
Adds, removes and/or moves the cooper belt(s) to be used for tension.
Prepares the roll for the (splicing the newsprint for continuous operations) by removing the wrap and any damaged area; applies roll make-up tape.
Makes the paster by engaging the automatic or semi-automatic paster control system. Monitors the process and makes adjustments and corrections as necessary for completion of the paster.
Monitors the reel, tension and paster system throughout the press run.
Places the cores (expired rolls) and roll damage (clean newsprint waste) in proper containers and keep the work area clean.

Works with one or more crewmembers to perform the following duties:

Engages and/or disengages units and the folder by using proper clutches and alignment.
Ensures starting webs (paper) are running through the unit to the folder properly by hand-guiding the web through the impression cylinders (prints), around the idlers (which support the web) and the compensator.
Compensates (center) the webs and sections either manually or by machine as required.
Engages the color printing cylinder; plates-up for color position; pre-register color (done manually).
As necessary, changes the cam action (controls), knife spacing (cut-off) and/or band adjustments (size of product) on the folder(s) for the proper production requirements.
May be assigned to check, set and clean the detector systems prior to the press run. (The detection systems indicate web failures or separation of the paster).
Keeps the work area clean of all debris and returns the tools to the proper places.
Removes the old plates from the plate cylinder.
Selects the proper plate determined by production requirements and places and secures the plate on the plate cylinder.
At start-up , observes sequence of the pages and sets the margins.
Sets the ink and fountain solution for proper balance and color tone.
Inspects the product periodically, during the run for sequence of pages, color setting, registers and clean print, and as necessary, makes adjustments.
Pump or cleans the pans; cleans the cylinders as required.
As necessary, obtain plates from Platemaking. Removes the old plates and places the new plates on the correct unit and position.
When necessary, make new webs and sections, and resets detector system.
Works with other crewmembers to replace change and/or adjust the blankets, rollers and solution equipment as required.
Keeps the work area clean of all debris.
As part of the crew, assists in the identification and diagnosis of any problems and/or repair of the equipment before, during and after the press production.
Fills any crew positions and performs other miscellaneous and related duties as assigned or required.
May guide and train other Journeypersons or the Apprentices in the web press operation.
Cleans and maintains the equipment and cleans the surrounding area.
Employee must be on assigned shift at their scheduled time.

Maximize delivery of ad revenue budgets and share for the Houston DMA.
Hire, supervise, evaluate and train department personnel

Develop fiscal year revenue and expense budgets that are reflective of station plans.
Analyze and control expenditures of department to conform to budgetary and company requirements
Package, price and control station inventory to ensure ad share and revenue budgets are delivered and/or exceeded as planned
Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports
Develop strategy for ****/**** sales department's business plan and business practices
Stay current with market place conditions, competitive changes and tactically adjust sales plans where necessary
Develop and maintain client relationships as well as agency decision maker relationships to maximize financial opportunities
Propose adjustments to Local Sales commission plan as necessary
Oversee traffic department and commercial scheduling to maximize revenue and to provide the best viewer experience
Manage Research Manager and the department's initiatives with enhancements to tool kit, sales training and one-sheets
Oversee political advertising efforts and comply with all FCC requirements relative to the Public File
Oversee credit and collections efforts and stay within *** guidelines
Lead digital station initiatives with regard to maximization of revenue along with Digital Sales Manager
Provide General Manager with monthly Sales information for the GM report
Work with General Manager and VP/Finance to develop impact studies that reflect the profit and loss of programming models
Provide assistance to station programming teams

Notify VP / General Manager of any department or personnel challenges
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Conduct weekly sales department meetings
Local/national travel as needed
Conduct in person meeting with staff and clients
Direct supervision of Local/National Sales Managers, Director of Traffic, Research Manager, and other team members as needed.
Other duties as assigned and deemed necessary.

Requirements: Five years' management experience in Top 25 local television market preferred. College degree in sales, marketing or related field preferred. Knowledge of inventory management systems, pricing strategies, budgeting, forecasting, national, local and digital *** negotiation processes, traffic systems, new business development techniques, sales training, ratings systems and overall sales methods. Good leadership and organizational skills. Ability to make decisions and motivate the staff.
