Our Executive office is looking for an executive assistant who is super organized and comfortable in a fast paced environment. The candidate will recognize that BWA Studios protects the stories and voices of marginalized folks within the entertainment industry, and uphold this commitment with the utmost professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to Executive(s) including answering phones, coordinating meetings/events, maintaining calendar, arranging conference calls, booking travel, processing invoices and submitting expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Serve as liaison between the executive and internal staff, artists/artist managers, attorneys, and other business partners and keep Executive(s) organized and aware of urgent issues.
- Support Managing Partner with all scheduling including that of BWA Studios sister company, Inspire Justice.
- Support CEO with matters regarding her holding company.
- Organize meetings and events as needed.
- Stay up to date with our Company Contact Directory.
- Scout and search for artists that align with particular styles/projects via social media et al.
- Work alongside our Studio Manager to maintain management and organization of legal and financial documents within our Google Drive.
- Invoicing clients and keeping records of the money that comes in.
- Handle other projects and provide support to other senior staff members as directed.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience providing administrative support in the media/entertainment industry
- Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.
- Possess stellar written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have the ability to think independently and take action without supervision, create and develop ideas that lead to positive change or improvements, as well as the ability to make sound decisions and solve a variety of problems.
- Have a team player mentality –– when one of us wins, we all win!
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Interest in the industry is a major plus!
- Experience and knowledge of Google GSuite, Mac & Windows programs
