NYC Production Company is seeking an experienced EIC to oversee successful, legacy series.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing and controlling costs on production budgets.
• Tracking and reporting potential breakage and savings.
• Budgeting and scheduling. All budgets to be reviewed, line-by-line with Head of Production.
• Managing and approving all production and post schedules in accordance with approved budgets and network delivery deadlines.
• Main contact for Network Production Management
• Enforcing field protocol
• Updating bi-weekly cost reports on all productions to be reviewed with Head of Production.
• Working with EP’s across a variety of series productions.
• Working closely with EP's, Line Producers and Production Managers to staff the productions.
• Ensuring background checks, cast medicals and psych evaluations are promptly completed.
• Providing necessary documentation to Accounting to identify and track tax incentives.
• Negotiating and setting all production and post staff rates.

Basic Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years' experience in the Entertainment Industry
• Minimum of 5 years' experience episodic television production; line producing or prior EIC experience required
• Software Proficiency Required: Excel and other MS Office Skills, MovieMagic Budgeting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
