The ideal candidate has a minimum 1-2 years experience as a Field Coordinator with International Experience
Some responsibilities but not limited to:
- Coordinating travel for crew sized 40+.
- Experience with Carnets
- On-set production coordination and logistics.
- Tracking travel on grids in google drive
- Sending travel memos to crew/talent
- Petty cash and credit card expense reporting.
- Coordinating locations, equipment, rentals, and other resources locally and on the road.
- Ensuring releases are obtained, organized, and delivered to post.
- Manage production assistants.
- PRs
Ideal candidates have:
- Professional attitude, excellent people skills, and demonstrates ownership over their work.
- Great with Excel & Google Docs
