We are looking for a local Field Producer to help us manage the filming of conference on June 24th.
The day will be about 4-5 hours of work.
Filming of the conference will be held on Monday June 24th from 10am - 12pm.
There will be some allotted set up time before the conference for crew and there will be a one hour portion dedicated to filming interviewed after the conference.
As the Field Producer, here are a few of the main tasks we'd need to manage on the day of:
- Manage onsite crew the day of; The crew will consist of: 2 DP's/Cam Operators, 2 Production Assistants, 1 Sound Op, 1 Still Photographer.
- Ensure the DP's capture all the necessary footage
- Ensure that PA's obtain releases & signatures
- Ensure Still Photographer captures all the necessary shots
- Oversee the interview filming portion after the conference
- Maintain contact with client POC onsite to ensure filming is on track
There is a total of $600 budget for this role
$200 for one day of prep work
$400 for one day of shoot day [ 4-5 hours of work ]

Key Responsibilities:
Show Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with artists, clients, and internal teams to define events and show goals, budgets, and timelines.

Production Management:
Oversee the technical production of events, including audio, video, lighting, and staging.
