You're fast and precise, and know how to light and shape light. This is a docustyle corporate film, so we're going for a nice "natural" look rather than a super-staged commercial look. They work closely with the DP to set up and adjust lighting equipment to achieve the desired mood, tone, and atmosphere for each scene. The gaffer oversees the lighting crew, ensuring that all lights are properly positioned, powered, and controlled to enhance the visual storytelling and support the director's creative vision.Plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the production process. Their responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, arranging for locations and permits, and ensuring that the production runs smoothly from pre-production through post-production.

Looking for a key grip for a b roll shoot - nimble crew a la ENG but needing someone to be able to be adaptable for space and move calmly and quickly.

The shoot will be 2-days on, 1 day off, 2-days on for a total of 4 shoot days.

Production Info: We will be filming lifestyle spots for a senior living brand, in their communities around the Nashville, TN area.

Role: As gaffer, you'll be supporting our DP in executing their vision for lighting each scene using our Aputure fixtures and modifiers. We will have our grip truck on-site with all necessary grip and other gear.
