In consultation with Producer, Service Provider shall provide services as a hair stylist for the [Program/ Series/ Promo/ Project]. Service Provider’s Services shall include all services customarily required of first class hair stylists in the television industry and/or as required by Producer including, without limitation, styling and setting hair of host(s) and/or talent as appropriate for the shoot (standard or high definition), both before the shoot and as necessary on the set.
Additionally, Service Provider shall provide services as a make-up artist in connection with the [Program/ Series/ Promo/ Project]. Service Provider’s Services shall include all services customarily required of first class make-up artists in the television industry and/or as required by Producer including, without limitation, applying make-up and/or styling and setting hair of host(s) and/or talent based on skin tone and type and as appropriate for the shoot (standard or high definition), both before the shoot and as necessary on the set.
