Testing coordinator for a new television series. Please note this position requires all candidates have had two vaccine shots and a booster. This position will consist of working with Excel files, Google Sheets and additional computer programs to enter and track all people needing to test prior to working for Covid. This is not a fully remote position. In person hours will be needed to work with the shows overall demands and assist with tracking and following up with crew needing to test. Some remote may be a possibility. This is a high volume show that has daily testing on location and off site. A candidate with testing experience is needed.

Job Description

*** Universal is looking for an Automotive Fleet Ser *** Technician to join the Studio Operations team in Doraville, GA. In this role, you will support the repairs and maintenance of all on-lot vehicles which includes largely rentable production assets and a small fleet of golf carts. You will also be the primary liaison for an external vendor as needed.

What You'll Do:

Work closely with the Manager of Transportation, Transportation Scheduler, and broader Transportation team for billing, outsourcing, and scheduling with production
Support basic maintenance on all related rental and in house transportation equipment (i.e. tire changes/repair, light mechanical work, general vehicle service)
Data entry for repair and maintenance records
Administer check in and check out procedures with the direction from the Manager of Transportation and Transportation Scheduler.
Fleet oversight
Responsible for vehicle and equipment presentation

Qualifications & Experience...

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, confirming and disseminating information necessary for the news operation

• Coordinating multiple crews and breaking stories simultaneously

• Enterprising and developing news stories

• Researching stories for facts and credibility

Requirements:

• BA/BS in journalism, communications or related field
