The first people the crew come in contact with daily is the Health and Safety team...it can make (or break) someone's day! We are looking for someone who has experience as a Health and Safety Manager (NOT Health and Safety Supervisor as listed above - there isn't an HSM option) on episodic TV or in a feature film with experience working in Locations. Comfortable working outside and in the elements is a necessity along with a positive attitude. We need someone who has a "can do"attitude and will jump in with the Health and Safety team to help keep production rolling every day and the crew working. If you HAVE DONE the job, meet the qualifications and experience requested, and can do what is listed below.....with a smile on your face, we want to meet you!

Job duties:

- Oversee and assist with testing set ups on location daily
- Assist in managing the on set Health and Safety team (CCOs and PAs). Communicate their schedules to them daily
- Communicate with H&S Testing team about testing set ups and their locations
- Communicate with Locations Dept regarding locations for testing.
- Manage the set up/take down of on set/location testing
- Ensure directional signage for testing is clear and sufficient
- Monitor testing set-ups to make sure they are not crowded, organized/neat, and have efficient flow
- Manage and order PPE / supplies for all production crew and offset teams (including Office and Mill)
- Compare testing vendor invoices to budget
- Attend Tech Scouts and identify any health and safety concerns
- Train PAs on courteous and effective techniques to get crew to mask
- Review and approve timecards for Health and Safety crew
- Assist with interviewing and hiring Health and Safety crew
- Send out Health and Safety crew schedule with call times daily

Your Role Accountabilities...

Your New Role

We are currently looking for a Coordinator to join our Content Partnerships team. In this position, you will serve a critical role supporting channel operations end-to-end, working cross-functionally to prepare all FAST channel launches and provide ongoing management of our dynamic channel portfolio.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinating and leading various channel onboarding, operations, and management meetings with key internal and external stakeholders including programming, marketing, content operations, ad operations, distribution, product, and engineering
• Managing, tracking, inputting, and implementing key day-to-day tasks related to channel operations, including onboards, rebrands, takedowns, and troubleshooting
• Overseeing, updating, and disseminating key dates for all channel operations activities
• Delivering exceptional client ser *** through proactive communication, timely responses, and a collaborative workflow
• Assisting with internal projects and regular and ad hoc management presentations

Basic Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience, preferably in entertainment and/or online *** . Internship experience will be considered.
• BA/BS preferred
• Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of TV/Film content acquisition and distribution (windows, contract terminology)
