Location Manager/AP/Producer to manage a newly built home for a renovation show during the last weeks of production and onward during various shoots, network visits and client events. Candidate should be highly organized, a great communicator, and comfortable tackling a variety of tasks ranging from assisting production during the filming to troubleshooting maintenance issues, scheduling contractors and cleaning people, opening up and closing the house, being flexible and 'on call' to assist with network and production companies after the principal filming is done. And even taking in and out outdoor furniture and watering the grass!
This job entails being the eyes and ears for the production company at the location.
