Working on a non-union sports doc series and I am looking for a local experienced media manager to join us for a 1 day shoot in the Saratoga Springs area. Also open to Albany res who can work locally for the day.

Shoot Day: 5/23/24
Day rate: $500/12 + 50/kit fee

• 2 Cam interviews shooting on (2) Alexa Mini LF, so prior knowledge and experience with the format is preferred along with knowledge of codex compact cards.
• Need someone who is organized in collecting and offloading media, maintaining logs up to date IN REAL-TIME, and following our editorial workflow as specified.
• Production will supply drives and card readers.
• Must have your own kit: MAC setup and run Shotput Pro for checksums.
• NO Proxies or color correcting on-site, just straightforward media managing.
• Lodging is NOT provided. LOCALS only, please.

We are filming a sports documentary series for a major sports association that will air on ESPN.

We are looking for a Media Manager for a field shoot happening in the Indianapolis area on 5/16.

The series is a typical documentary series, featuring: run and gun components, sit-down interviews, on-the-fly interviews, scenics, and "hero/portrait" shots.

Role would be to:
Back up using ShotPutPro or similar MD5 checksum software
Input footage descriptions and information into a copy of the footage log
No transcoding, no proxies, no coloring

500/12 + 50 kit fee = $550/per day

The show starts Wednesday morning with 2 sessions a day. The sessions usually last around 3-4 hours and the time in between sessions is yours. Training on the content is provided on site. Cameras are simple to use -- this is a flypack-based webcast.

This will be a very high profile interview shoot with their entire c-suite being on-camera. We need a top-tier director with superior interpersonal skills that can not only take charge and lead the crew but also develop great rapport with the client and his C-suite executives.

Looking for a person who owns a 4K webcam and external microphone (similar to a Yeti) to assist a remote-directed interview shoot in Seoul, South Korea. You will meet at the office location, set up the webcam and microphone using the interview subject's laptop, and standby for any troubleshooting. No need to upload footage or monitor (we will use Riverside to record the interview, and the producer/director will monitor). The job is essentially showing up to location with your equipment, set up, and tear down.

Interview/shoot date/s: TBD (sometime in June). Five (5) total interviews that will shoot either in one day or across two days. Each interview approximately 45-60min.
