Busy television production company hiring an office manager. Duties will include all office related items customary to office management at a production company including

-working with the building and its staff
-hiring and managing all runners and office PAs
-working with specific departments as they relate to the office (gear management, IT, post)
-distributing and collecting paperwork to all company employees
-all office-related bill management & cost saving measures
-occasional runs
-all office-related vendor management and ordering of supplies
-handling light receptionist duties such as answering main office line and company email address listed on website
-and many other duties customary with this position.


This position will also act as Covid Compliance Officer for the company including

-managing all Covid protocol and procedures for all programs and networks
-managing and implementing office protocol and procedures
-ensuring all respective employees receive and sign said various policies waivers etc.
-scheduling Covid tests for employees in Los Angeles and for crew traveling
-researching and communicating guidelines and restrictions domestically and internationally
-enforcing employee compliance within the office.

This is a full-time, salaried position beginning mid-August. Office Manager will work partially remotely, partially in-office.

Applicants should be incredibly organized, diplomatic, communicative, should be able to think outside of the box, and should be able to work autonomously. Previous experience as office manager (or staff production office coordinator / production manager) in a production or post-production highly preferred. Rate DOE.
