Our animation production is ramping up and we need an experienced production assistant to help us remotely with our artist recruiting efforts. Day players ok! Some experience required. The right person may find the role grows into a long-term position. (We will be in production through January at least and expect additional seasons to be awarded.) You'll be working with an awesome, small production team with lots of experience and can expect to learn a ton.

Necessary:
- reliable high-speed internet connection
- working computer (laptop or PC, not a phone)
- working phone
- good email etiquette
- punctual, reliable and eager to learn
- experience conducting internet searches / research and tracking findings
- Instagram, Facebook, Dropbox
- comfortable entering data into Google Sheets (Excel or Numbers also fine!)
- at least some experience with any part of Adobe CC (Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, After Effects, Acrobat, etc.) OR a really solid understanding of how 2D animation is built using rigs in After Effects

Preferred:
- Baton Rouge or New Orleans local
- experience with media management and/or adhering to complex file naming standards
- experience collecting and tracking appearance releases
- a discerning artistic eye / formal art education
- adept with one or more elements of Adobe CC (Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, After Effects, Acrobat, etc.)
- an interest in learning about production coordinating
- experience on set - we anticipate having a handful of photo shoots to capture footage for our collage animation project and may need an extra set of hands for one or more of these in Sept / Oct / Nov... this is NOT required, esp. if you are high risk or prefer not to be on set!
- Bilingual
- a really fun, cool person who works hard and plays hard, with great taste in art and music

Klein Creative Media is a local Redondo Beach production company that specializes in (but is not limited to) real estate, business, and drone videos. We are currently seeking someone to permanently fill the position of Office Assistant. Typical responsibilities of the office assistant include: creating call sheets, coordinating with clients and crew members, organizing and filing around the office, doing simple errands, and being the overall right-hand to the owner of Klein Creative Media.

This job requires someone who can multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and work both independently and as a collaborative team. This is an entry-level position.

Preferred skills/abilities:

- Experience working in Adobe Acrobat
- Experience working in Canva
- Experience working in Microsoft Office
- Ability to think fast and on the spot
-Ability to time manage and keep track of inboxes, meetings, and project deadlines

Preference will be given to the candidates residing in the local South Bay area. A driver's license and a form of reliable transportation is required.

We are currently offering between 20-30 hours per week, M-F, with the possibility of the hours extending into full-time. The starting compensation is above California minimum wage.

General Responsibilities:

****, the *** station in Salt Lake City, UT is looking for a dynamic Office Administrative Assistant to join the team. This position will report directly to the President and General Manager and will work closely with the Office Manager and all departments. This position also requires maintaining the responsibilities of an administrative assistant and will require a dedicated and disciplined individual to focus on each part of the expected duties.

Job Duties:

Welcome and assist visitors; deliveries or incoming/outgoing mail. Maintain the front area office in a clean and professional appearance.
Answer all incoming calls and routing to the appropriate areas/person.
This position interacts with individuals within and outside the station, must have excellent interpersonal skills including a professional phone manner.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Must possess excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task.
Organize and filing paperwork; includes labeling; photocopying; scanning and distributing to the correct departments. Maintain all supplies in the office to include ordering and restocking.
Place orders for office supplies and manage facilities vendors.
Schedule office maintenance as needed.
Assist new employees with badge access, receiving of credit card and electronic devices.
Assist with and coordinate office events.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Attend and assist in station promotions/community events as well as keeping promotional inventory as needed.
Monitor and report station signals to the engineer. Assist incoming viewers complaints, outages, over-the-air and cable signal outages. Document any viewer concerns and report to the engineer or appropriate department.
Ability to create innovative presentation decks with expertise.
Learn *** U systems and create presentations using MS EXCEL, PowerPoint
Support ascertainment and marketing efforts to previously untapped, emerging, and traditional brands and businesses to drive revenue through negotiating and selling the value and benefit of TV, mobile, digital, out-of-home and all other multi-marketing platforms.
Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule and be available some evening hours as needed for client and community events.
Assist Technology Manager with coordinating travel arrangements to transmitter sites.
Assist President and General Manager with travel and entertainment arrangements and Executive Team station visits and presentations.
Support the EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) program for ****, including participation in periodic EHS meetings, monthly housekeeping/AED inspections, tracking weekly labor hours, CPR certified if needed for the station and other EHS duties as assigned.
FCC - prepare children's programming reports, ensure compliance throughout the year, upload quarterly reports to FCC site, EEO report, look for opportunities throughout the year to support EEO efforts (look for job fairs, sites to post jobs, etc.)

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

2 years of prior professional experience in *** or related field
Solid PC Skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English and Spanish.

*** President, Production for Universal Television Productions, will manage and oversee pilot and series productions reporting directly to the studio's Executive *** President. This role will partner with studio and network creative executives to ensure accurate production budgets are built. The role is in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

PLEASE NOTE: This role is a temporary staff position with an end date. The assignment is anticipated to be 12 months in duration (subject to change).

Essential Responsibilities

Plan and manage the physical production for UCP scripted pilots and series
Oversee on-set production personnel to ensure best-in-class productions as well as drive efficiencies and economies of scale
Manage and communicate information (materials, dates, schedules etc.) to head of the department
Work with studio and network creative executives for production budget reviews, planning and logistics
Effectively communicate and interfere regularly with internal teams (Business Affairs, Legal and Finance)
