Seeking an Experienced Office PA for a major cable network series to provide key administrative and logistical support to the team. The ideal candidate for this position is someone that can keep track of ongoing projects and deadlines, follows directions with ease, and has previous office experience. This position is the perfect opportunity to learn the ins and outs of Production Management on a long-running series. This is an open ended, remote based position with benefits (health insurance, 401k, sick days, and vacation days). Pay rate will be commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
-Must have prior Office PA experience in television/film production and/or post-production
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Google Suites
-Strong communication, organizational, attention to detail and administrative skills are essential
-Candidate must have the ability to take direction from multiple people, work independently and manage multiple tasks at one time

A Production Assistant supports all aspects of the film production and art department. The crew will count on you for various crucial tasks, to help keep the production running smoothly and problem-free. This person is self motivated and takes initiative with daily tasks. This position requires physical strength, stamina and high energy with the ability to lift 50lbs or more. One in this position needs to have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

We are looking for a Production Assistant with experience driving a 15-passenger van and working as a set PA.

We are in search of a Production Assistant to help with interviews, broll and event coverage on May 30, May 31, and June 1 in the Morningside Heights neighborhood in Manhattan.

Looking for a seasoned Production Manager for a semi-travel show.

PM Candidate needs to have 5 years or more of experience working as a PM on non union docuseries and must have previous experience working on a series with domestic travel. (Must have experience booking travel (airfare, hotels) and hiring local crew, finding local vendors, etc.)

Ideal candidate will be able to handle/help with production deliverables and has a working knowledge of post (we will have a post team, but it's helpful to have)

Position will be in the field on shoot days (which would include travel)
Office / prep work is hybrid - remote work + 1-2 days a week in NYC office
Potential for 1-2 dark weeks throughout the duration

• Day Rate: $16.67 / hour

• Travel / Self Report: You will need your own vehicle to travel / self report to the crew hotel / interview location on the production day.
• Production minivan will be provided to commute from crew hotel to shoot locations and back.
• Production minivan will also be provided for runs.
