We are seeking an experienced Post Coordinator to work with us on a reality competition show. This show has lots of moving parts and we will need assistance from a seasoned Post Coordinator who will be able to hit the ground running. Extensive experience in Reality TV and Reality Competition Shows is required. Your primary tasks and responsibilities would include:

- Coordinating runs and dealing with all of the day-to-day Post Prod. office needs
- Tracking Edit Equipment start and end dates
- Managing the Interview Transcriptions process
- Prepping scripts for VO sessions on a weekly basis
- Tracking Post PO's, Invoices and Timecards on a daily basis
- Managing and creating the Network deliverables. You would also be responsible for delivering these items.
- Sending out Hightail and Frame.io links to the Executives and to Network
- Actualizing the Post Production Calendar on a daily basis
- Supporting the Post Producer as needed assisting the Post Manager with day-to-day aspects, and maintenance of Post tracking documents. In addition to job duties, you will be learning aspects and skill sets to succeed further in the Post Managerial career.
