Our Post Production department is looking for an experienced post coordinator for a nightly live television show. This position will report to the show’s post supervisor and will assist coordinating versioning of episodes for international markets and deliverables for internal departments. Candidate must be organized, ability to work well in a fast paced environment and a team-player. Experience working in broadcast television, network deliverables and final quality control process of all masters. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, video codecs and file exports is a must. This position is for an overnight shift Monday-Thursday.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating conforms of nightly master for international version and deliverables.
Coordinating assistant editors nightly assignments.
Quality control of all deliverables.
Creating network paper deliverables, including cue sheets, archival sheets and clearance documents.
Help assistant editors with technology issues, troubleshooting to resolve.

QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3+ years experience as post coordinator for broadcast television.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro Suite.
Experience working in a fast paced environment within tight deadlines a must.
Experience with network deliverables, quality control process, video codecs and file exports.
Must have professional and positive attitude, close attention to detail, ability to prioritize and problem solve, with ability to work independently and multi-task.
Previous experience working on studio or live television series a plus.
Familiar with broadcast delivery standards.
Must be available to work overnight shift Monday-Thursday.
