WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
An experienced video Producer (broadcast, webcast, and live action) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in live talk, live action, and narrative projects. You have experience in all aspects of production from pre-production with a strong understanding of creating budgets and manageable production timelines & workback schedules.

JOB TITLE: Producer 1
REPORTS TO: Managing Senior Producer
FLSA STATUS: Full-Time, Exempt, Salary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and produce multi-camera live, case studies and narrative projects;
• Collaborate with core production team to ensure technical specs compliment creative elements;
• Interact with clients directly and generate new business relationships;
• Pitch ideas effectively and successfully;
• Oversee creation and maintenance of production schedules;
• Manage and track budgets and timelines;
• Utilize discretion and good judgement in representing the company while interfacing with clients, talent, and crew members;
• Create storylines in post-production and manage workflow, including strong paper edit skills;
• Self-motivate and work effectively under deadline pressure while coordinating multiple tasks;
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a strong sense of how to visually tell a compelling story;
• Collaborate with client teams on segment planning and scripting; and
• Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 2 years documented experience in live talk, live action, and narrative projects;
• Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail;
• Track record of creative problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel;
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of video production;
• Positive can-do attitude; and
• Strong references.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Work Environment:
o Employee is generally required to work at our office in Bellevue. Currently, this person will be working from home, unless on site for a specific production. If allowed by current government orders, an essential job function of this role is to be physically on location, as determined by the production. All productions will be run in accordance with governmental orders and COVID-19 safety protocols.
o This role routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and printers;
o This position routinely requires one to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl or run and to do so outside, occasionally in inclement weather;
o The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; and
o Must be able to operate various electronic devices including recording, video and photography equipment; and
o Must be able to work at a computer or audio equipment for long periods of time.
• Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
o This is a full-time position. The office generally operates 9am-5pm, but days and hours of this position may vary week-to-week. A willingness to work different schedules including weekends, nights, holidays, long shifts (10+ hours), and/or travel as needed is required for individual productions.
