The Inception Company specializes in live switch webcasts and broadcasts for Fortune 500 companies.

The Inception Company is currently seeking freelance producers for events in our 5 camera broadcast facility located in Fairfield, NJ. We produce on average over 150 studio events a year.

Must be familiar with working in a live to air broadcast facility and an understanding of broadcast equipment, shot calling and most importantly working with corporate clients. Responsibilities include, talent coaching, script breakdowns, shot sequencing, music selecting, shot-calling, and just about everything else needed to execute a live broadcast and make clients happy!

What started as a 2 week documentary about the indomitable will of the local people as a feel good story, turned in over 2 months of undercover journalism, learning about narco-terrorism, bribes, gun smuggling, hundreds of contacts with the local military, US department of state contractors, gun dealers, government agents, and a once paradise, being now used for the narcos for their operations.

All these information being told from the perspective of a female who initially just wanted to head home and see how she could make a difference.

I have shot amazing footage in locations rarely given access to, partner with strategic allies in the local government and am ready to put the story together, I just need a visionary that will help me make it a reality.

Did I also forget to mention there are also Enchanted islands and a breathtaking backdrop in one of the most beautiful (yet currently dangerous) places on Earth?

This might be a very unconventional way to put together a project, but maybe it's time to disrupt the way the industry works.

**** - *** 48 is currently seeking a Producer/Content Producer who will work closely with assignment editors, reporters, and anchors to produce, write, edit, and gather content on all **** platforms, both linear and digital, including FAST in Spanish. The ideal Producer/Content Producer candidate is expected to be a key communicator in the newsroom, talking with each person who will participate or provide content for that newscast.
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills that allow for collaboration with managers, the digital team, and the assignment desk to deliver complete, fair, and accurate local news coverage.
Be a key contributor to story ideas, participate in daily coverage decisions, and be a leader during editorial meetings.

Qualifications Requirements:
