I am a thriving TV and Commercial Director finally taking the leap on my first feature. It is very much a heartfelt drama with thriller elements, heavily rooted in the LGBTQ+ community. The film will be self-financed and is hyper-contained to accommodate the ultra-indy budget.

I am seeking a producer/partner-in-crime to help me make the damn thing. This is something that, in the immediate, I am putting together around other paid work and would expect whoever comes on board to do the same. Of course, I would be looking to make sure a deal is in place that during production and any potential back-end, that they are well taken care of. Right now, I just need help putting all the pieces together to get to that point.

What started as a 2 week documentary about the indomitable will of the local people as a feel good story, turned in over 2 months of undercover journalism, learning about narco-terrorism, bribes, gun smuggling, hundreds of contacts with the local military, US department of state contractors, gun dealers, government agents, and a once paradise, being now used for the narcos for their operations.

All these information being told from the perspective of a female who initially just wanted to head home and see how she could make a difference.

I have shot amazing footage in locations rarely given access to, partner with strategic allies in the local government and am ready to put the story together, I just need a visionary that will help me make it a reality.

Did I also forget to mention there are also Enchanted islands and a breathtaking backdrop in one of the most beautiful (yet currently dangerous) places on Earth?

This might be a very unconventional way to put together a project, but maybe it's time to disrupt the way the industry works.

Conceptualize, write, shoot and edit compelling promotional and commercial spots, and local content for broadcast and digital. You'll be writing, shooting and editing commercials, original streaming programming and promotional spots, and other creative projects. Working with your supervisors, account executives, and producers, you'll handle the complete production process. Your Impact

The *** Magazines Enthusiast & Wellness Group is looking for a versatile, data-motivated Digital Content Producer to join our reviews team and help grow our product review content on Popular Mechanics. This role works closely with editors in all departments, from our in-house testing team to our SEO department, and will support content that covers a wide range of subjects.

The ideal candidate can find their way around a CMS, works quickly and efficiently, loves researching products, and has basic photo editing and data analytics skills. Popular Mechanics is the authority in a number of key categories including lawn and garden, tools and home improvement, electronics and technology, appliances and smart homes, and outdoor leisure. You'll have the opportunity to touch content that reaches over 8 million users per month. This is a content creation role, not a writing-based role, however there will be some opportunity to write during major sale events so digital editorial experience is a must.

This role sits in the Enthusiast Group office in New York, NY and works closely with a variety of departments, including Editorial, Data, and more.

What you'll do:

Build and produce content in our CMS for contributors and full-time staff
Monitor high-performing reviews content as it relates to a season, trend, project, or other brand goals, which can include checking stock, re-ordering products based on performance, and more
Ensure content is following our search and commerce best practices
Support search and commerce goals with a flexible mindset and the ability to change course quickly
Build freelance memos that consist of editorial notes, product performance information, and more
Use Google Analytics and our data management platform to optimize for affiliate revenue
Edit photos using photoshop for proper sizing and formatting
Liaise with photo, digital design, and our test team to elevate reviews content for search and user intent
Help implement and add new product features to content

Who you are/skills you possess:

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' experience working at a digital-first outlet
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and easily pivot with changing business needs
Experience working regularly within a CMS
Proficiency with Photoshop or other image editing software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate and foster positive relationships with colleagues
Passion for building editorial brands
