You will have full ownership and overall responsibility for conceiving and delivering multi-platform promotional materials for Unims Network's Scripted and non-scripted content. In addition to having an overall knowledge of, experience in, and passion for promoting Spanish-language Television, the individual must have a multi-platform mentality and skill set, as well as a competitive mindset, externally focused on the competition, always looking for new and innovative 360 strategies that thrive in today's market.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

Develop, create, write, and produce compelling and hard-selling concepts for non-scripted / entertainment promotions and unique campaigns across all platforms, including linear TV, radio, digital, and OOH, that connect with our Hispanic audience and inspire them to watch, share, and talk about our network properties.
Lead, supervise, and design 360 creative strategies.
Write and produce daily and weekly promos, trailers, and teasers.
Work closely with the Manager, VP, and other departments to create and execute multi-platform campaign strategies, ensuring optimal workflows and systems to handle linear assets as they scale up with new creative demands.
Work closely with editors, graphic designers/animators, and sound designers to ensure the flawless execution of the final product.
Close collaboration with other producers on the team in creating and executing concepts.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and easily adjust to last-minute programming changes.
Work closely with the research team to analyze data, insights, and ratings and adjust creatives based on shows' performance.
Work on creative concepts, taglines, and presentations for launch campaigns, including a 360 approach to selling the shows.
Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all assets.
Keep track of assignments and accountability in project management tools like Hive.

YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of Network Multi *** Promotions with a proven track record in developing and producing/directing high-quality marketing content.
Experiential marketing experience a plus
Strong Spanish-language copywriting skills
Knowledge of deck building for creative presentations
Solid industry knowledge and up-to-date with current trends and technologies
Social *** content marketing experience a plus
Basic knowledge of Research
Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) required
Strong communication, organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Knowledge and solid understanding of the US Hispanic market preferred
Results-driven; detail-oriented. Look & feel & Brand Bible ambassador.
