ROLE: Well rounded shooter, producer, DP and passionate filmmaker.

WHO WE ARE:
We are a LatinX content creation company that is developing a lab-like content creation machine. I'm looking to build a team of freelance super-producers that can literally do it all. DP, Cam Op, Production Design, Sound etc... you will never hear "That's not my job" on our stage. As an EP, I'll be on set the entire time and it will not be above me to move a sandbag or operate a camera-- that's the vibe.

We are looking for creative people - not producers/shooters who only know how to stay within a box. The talent is fun, the team is fun, and we want this to be a fun project for all involved - while we are working hard in the process.

HOW IT WILL WORK:
We will be assigned daily creative to film and our small team of 6-7 people will execute. We will create a wide variety of content in the vein of your favorite premium digital series on the web today. We have multiple C300's, lots of new lighting equipment, a rolodex of awesome on-screen talent, a large stage, a wide variety of flats, set dec and props-- along with a modest art budget. We will work with staff directors daily to achieve our goals but there will be times where we will be completely on our own as well. Editing will be done by a dedicated (and off-site) team.

BONUS POINTS:
Double-plus for bilingual, spanish-speaking candidates. Most of our content will be English and created for the English speaking Latinx community.

Another big plus if you are willing to be on-camera occasionally, though this is not required.

IN CONCLUSION:
This is a freelance contract job, paid weekly on a timecard through CAPS. There is potential that this turns into a long-term project.

Must be local to Los Angeles area. Our location is in East LA. We will be a Monday through Friday operation with the occasional weekend project. We will work regular human hours and highly encourage our team to have a life outside of our walls.
