We are seeking a hardworking and creative Direct Response Producer/Shooter to join our Direct Response team. Responsibilities
Direct/produce digital media video advertisements: testimonial interviews, food shoots/styling, product demos, modeling, etc.
Participate on set by directing filming and leading crews
Participate in all pre-production meetings with clients and internal teams to provide insight and prepare properly for shoot days
Communicate to production coordinators and production assistants any set/shoot related needs to be handled in a timely manner
Working with e-commerce clients to ideate, write, and develop concepts for successful ad campaigns
Shooting and directing the footage for these direct response advertisements
Building and organizing budgets for shoots
Help guide the editorial content to an elevated level of accuracy
Work closely with clients and in-house teams across all channels and brands

Qualifications
3+ years directing and/or producing digital content
Experience in TV advertising and art direction preferred
Advanced knowledge of camera, grip and lighting set-ups for TV advertising
High level of attention to detail
Strong understanding of production and post production process
Excel at supervising and delegating tasks to team members
Highly creative, organized and able to work independently with little direction
Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast paced, always evolving production environment
Educational background in marketing, advertising, or production a plus

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Journalism or related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in news management or 7+ years of main show producing in a top 10 market.
Proficiency in working with the latest newsroom technologies, both hardware and software.
Nuanced and detailed copy editing abilities.
Proven track record of mentoring and developing Producers or Senior Producers.
Ability to partner closely with nighttime and early morning Producers to create a seamless newscast in a 24-hour news environment.

We're looking for a Sr. Associate Producer to execute creative content around a variety of topics including entertainment news, human interest, and celebrity features. Reporting to the Supervising Producer and Producer, as well as working closely with our Production teams, this role will be responsible for the execution of daily editorial content covering an array of topics in a variety of forms, from games to transformations to interviews. Willingness to have fun and take risks is key in this position!

From day in and day out producing to red carpets and award shows, this person will be able to work collaboratively within a small team to create engaging television. This position will help execute segments in studio, be able to assist in the field and at offsite interviews as directed, and work well within a team environment. Essential Responsibilities -

Help execute creative segments under the direction of the Supervising Producer and Producer as assigned, as well as work closely with Production team members to ensure budget expectations are met, staffing needs are communicated, and post/deliverables are executed on time.

Be resourceful in the procurement of props, photos, music, and video elements that meet clearance/budget requirements, and book/prepare guests.
