We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Event Uniform: Black button up shirt, black dress pants, a belt, black shoes and socks.

Setup Day and Staff Call-Time: Tues 4/30/24 @ 8am

REQUIREMENTS: No visible tattoos, piercings, etc... This is a corporate event -- please be prompt or your pay will be docked. Uniform is all black -- black dress pants, button up shirt, dress shoes and socks and belt.

MUST HAVE CAR / Reliable Transportation. Event staff is responsible for transportation and parking to / from the event.

TRAVEL TIPS: Please leave time for traffic.

COMPENSATION: No additional reimbursements or expenses to be paid unless otherwise explicitly approved by your site lead. Parking and meals will be your responsibility, but there will be breaks during shifts.

Seeking crew for "Real Work," a short film about an elderly getting scammed. The audience will see how the relationship between the scammer and elderly man builds through the story.

Provides crucial support to the production team, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations on set. Their responsibilities may include setting up equipment, running errands, managing paperwork, and helping with logistics. PAs are essential for maintaining efficiency and organization behind the scenes, allowing the creative team to focus on bringing the story to life.

Experience with reality, non union shows required. Filming one-two talent at their home docu-reality style.

Seeking experienced Production Assistant for reality show filming in various location. Ideal hire is someone who knows the city well and can be proactive on set.

• Travel / Self Report: You will need your own vehicle to travel / self report to the crew hotel on production days.
• Production minivan will be provided to commute from crew hotel to shoot locations and back.
• Production minivan will also be provided for runs.

Looking for an ambitious PA to help support our production for a 2 day (possibly 3 day) shoot in Lexington KY. Experience preferred but not required. Rate is $200.00/12 hours.

Aloha! Looking for a PA local to the island of Maui for a 3-day shoot in May. Dates are May 28th, 29th, 30th at the Grand Wailea Resort Hotel. Rate is $250/12 with a very high possibility of going into OT on the 29th and 30th (time and a half rate after 12 hours). Looking for someone that has a little bit of knowledge with camera and grip gear but not necessary. This is a corporate gig to promote a hotel chains wedding destination packages. Looking for a set PA for a one-day shoot in Philadelphia, PA. Job is basically being a second set of hands. Need someone who can work with our DP who is flying in and help out. Might include reading questions to interviewees. No equipment required, and you will not really be using any.

Shoots are typically 8a-3p.

We will be needing some extra hands at a live event in Novi May 18-19, 2024

Assistant will be doing various jobs around the event floor, all of which you'll receive training on prior to the event opening. We work in a high volume environment and you must be comfortable standing for long periods of time on concrete floors and conversing with people.

ISO Production Assistant to work on a true crime interview project in Fairmont, WV

Responsibilities will include assisting with load-in and load-out of locations, helping facilitate crew meals, and executing production runs at the direction of the producer/creative team

Looking for an experienced local production assistant for a 3-day 2 camera interview and b-roll shoot from 5/1-5/3. Responsibilities include helping crew load/unload gear and set up interview space; going for runs for props/ lunch etc. Will be driving our interview contributors to/from hotel so good people skills are important. Will also include helping us scan archival materials. Rate is $225/12 and we will work on a 12 hour day. Must be local to the Portland, OR area.

Our rate is $225/12 so the hourly breakdown can include a range between $15-21 per hour.
