Hope you are doing well! We are hoping to hire a production assistant for a four-day shoot on the week of June 24-27th shoot in Charleston, SC. We are looking to book someone local to Charleston and the rate is $300/ 10 hr. day.

You will help our staff PA with moving furniture, taking rugs in and out of the scene, dealing with product, carrying gear, and assisting the producers with any errands, if needed. You must be able to lift and carry large furniture pieces and rugs (50lbs+).

Seeking a LOCAL PA to assist with installing a dash cam on our talent's vehicle (similar to a gopro, it comes with easily laid out instructions). This is a show based on dash cam footage, looking for someone interested in the install and in the future helping us with card retrieval and media management once every two weeks.

Start to finish the install usually takes 2 hours, on days we need a card picked up it takes about 2 1/12 hours to media manage and drop the hard drive at fedex.

Camera install- 5/28

Looking for a local PA to do pickups and returns as well as two days on set for a small documentary shoot. Pickups will be on 5/28, shooting will be 5/29 and 5/30 and returns will be on 5/31.

Searching for Production Assistants to add to a small crew filming a documentary in Nashville and surrounding areas.
 
Essential responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Driving the Production Vehicles with Crew and Gear
* Picking up craft service and crew meals.
* Assist the camera team with B-Roll locations & Shoots 
* Assist the Producers with obtaining releases and scanning archival material as needed

Basic Requirements:
* 1+ years of entertainment experience required
* Willingness to work overtime and be flexible with hours
* Must be able to pick up and carry at least 50lbs
* Must be 18 years or older
* Must be okay working 12 hour day
* Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record (we cover local mileage reimbursement, but do not cover travel or accommodations).

* Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from a designated worksite in or around Nashville, TN
Pay Range: $15-18 for /12 hour
The amount offered and paid depends on factors including, but not limited to, engagement length, production location, budgetary considerations, and the individual’s skills and experience.

Looking for a set PA for a one-day shoot in Fargo, ND. Job is basically being a second set of hands. Need someone who can work with our DP and help out. Interviews and broll for a corporate documentary shoot. No equipment required, and you will not really be using any.

Shoots are typically 8a-3p.

PA needed for two day shoot, 6/13-6/14—interview-based branded content project with some b-roll. RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE:
- Perform administrative office work (answering phones, paperwork etc.)
- Assistance with casting
- Loading / unloading of set pieces, props and equipment.
- Help prepare the set with lights, props, equipment etc.
- Assist producer, assistant directors, art department, directors, camera people and other crew members
- Help distribute on set documents as needed (e.g. scripts, call sheets, etc.)
- Assist with researching and sourcing materials
- Using personal automobile for runs and various tasks is a plus
- Act as a runner distributing messages or shopping for items
- Undertake all errands as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE:
- Experience working on a set
- Can lift 50lbs or more
- Great with communication
- Knowledge of Physical production required, and previous experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, be a self-starter, anticipate the needs of busy Executives, and follow through on all tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and be self sufficient
- Ability to work independently and take initiative along with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, reliable, mature, professional and positive attitude required

Please Note: This is a Per Diem position and PAs are hired as shoots are scheduled. There is no specific start or end date. Current filming is mostly TikTok.

Looking for a PA in the Bay area for a branded content shoot. We'll be shooting on two different locations, one of which is in Wine Country so you must have your own form of transportation. Must be professional, experienced, reliable, and punctual. Please include your resume and any references.
