We are looking for a couple field and notes PAs in Las Vegas for a shoot with our talent and the Knights Hockey team. Responsibilities include loading and driving vehicles with gear at the top of each day, assisting crew loading into and out of locations, runs, ordering/picking up crew lunch, assisting producers with releases, handling petty cash and assisting the crew wherever help is needed. The notes PA will assist the producer during the shoot, taking notes with their phone or laptop, taking behind the scenes photos and assisting with releases.
The daily rate is $185.50 for 12 hours guaranteed. Meals every six hours. OT and MPs paid if applicable. Mileage paid if a personal vehicle is used. We shoot on both 2/24 and 2/25.
